Im going to be openly honest. I know the people who run the place and have volunteered here. They dont take short cuts. They serve great quality products. They care about how the food looks and taste. This place is a true gem. They are serving great food and helping the community. Also I suggested this place to homeless gentleman that crosses some what frequently. He always raves about the food. Plus he says Caritas is one a blessing from God and says the impact has only positive.
