I went here on a whim, after BBQ Fest downtown. I just wanted a turkey leg from somewhere, and I heard this place had em.Pay no attention to the parking, it is only parallel on the street, or in a nearby lot.Once you get inside, you really feel you're somewhere different. The staff are really courteous, from the folks at the front giving each customer their full attention throughout their ordering process, to the folks back on the smoker, helping to find you a place to sit. Our first visit, we were back by the smoker, the place was packed.We had ordered a garlic parmesan turkey leg and bbq nacho fries. I didn't expect much (being bar food) but I can honestly say the best turkey leg I've ever had in my life. Previous turkey legs I've had, from Cedar Point to Disney World, have always been like cave man clubs, you eat and chew out the gristle. These legs at Carolina Watershed came out spread open, smothered in garlic parmesan. The meat fell apart. If you grab the bone, it lifts out, so tender and juicy; and so full of flavor. Second was the BBQ nachos fries, also surprised me. They weren't simple bar food. They were better than the festival.I told my friends about this place, and we all went. (Nothing is as good the second time, so I was hoping it lived up to all I talked about.) It did. Everyone loved it. I recommend this place to everyone.

It’s always chilled and friendly when I go here. The staff is very down to earth and inviting. Went for brunch spare of the moment and it was worth it. It’s a growing hidden gem especially with the Turkey Leg menu! There are two outdoor seating areas. However, the back patio is top tier! I haven’t had a chance to enjoy that aesthetic but there’s a waterfall ☺️. They do small events and pop-up shops so food doesn’t have to be the only reason you go! Although the food is very delicious! It’s made it order, super flavorful and always piping hot! Parking is the only issue you may have given it’s all on the street.Parking: Parking on both sides of the street. May have to walk or drive around until you find something.Wheelchair accessibility: There is seating in and outdoors, with wide doorways.

Went pretty early, no wait, but had to leave. The menu was loaded with turkey leg options but turkey legs weren't available! Maybe some other time.Update: Went for date nite. Kinda empty but still a vibe. I got the 901 (BBQ Turkey leg stuffed w/ Mac & Chz) it was OK. The Mac & chz lacked a bit of flavor, something was missing. The turkey leg was true to advertisement, it truly fell off the bone lol. Would I return, YES. I want to try the other options.
Walked in and sat at the bar. Bartender was present but ignored us for 10 minutes, as did multiple servers. Finally approached by the bartender who told us that the CC machine was down and they were only taking cash so we left. Atmosphere was quiet, no music, uninviting, and the room was extremely dimly lit. Pretty terrible experience.
