Man, I love their food, but the slow service just makes it unbearable. The Midtown location has always been better than the East Memphis location in terms of service…until this visit. Tonight was slow. 3 tables seated. We were seated and waited 21 minutes. He never came back to even take the drink order. The staff saw us get up to leave and didn’t say a word. I just want to enjoy a shawarma without it being a 2 hour endeavor. I would love to see improvements made with the staff so that I go back to being a regular customer and give a better review.

The Food was amazing! The service was excellent and George did an amazing job attending us. Absolutely reccomend this place to anyone visiting Memphis. There is something for everyone.
We went here for lunch today for New Year’s Day. Very polite staff clean restaurant. grape leaves were excellent. Coffee was excellent. The rest of the food was very good.

The food is really good but is grossly overpriced there are many other really good style restaurants available in the area that provide similar quality so I wish they would just drop the price a little bit but other than that I don't really have much two complain about

The restaurant gave comforting vibes on a rainy Saturday evening. There weren't many people in the place. Our waitress seemed very distracted and didn't give us good service. I tried getting her attention several times, but she never looked our way. There was a young male server who finally came over to help us. The food was absolutely delicious and they were huge portions. When paying the bill I gave the waitress cash, and she shorted me $10. I would definitely go back, though, for the food.
