Today was my first time to eat here and the food was delicious!! But I absolutely have to commend the staff! From the counter help, the person that served our food and the person cleaning tables this had to be one of the friendliest services that I have experienced in years❤️❤️❤️
Craig and Roger revived my favorite BBQ spot! We love the new building and the great staff! I’ve been faithful to Central throughout the years and will continue to bring friends and family with me for this great food!
(I would not be a TRUE Memphis Tiger Fan unless I complained about something 😁). Please switch back to the type of onion rings that you served in the past years. The new ones have no taste and texture is off.

I just want to say the gentleman who works the front door at the downtown location deserves a raise! He was super friendly while we waited to order and then we had to leave because my son started not feeling well and he went above and beyond to make sure my son was ok and that we had everything we needed. We need more people like him in customer service! I wish I could remember his name!
