This should be 5 stars but I ordered brisket but was brought pulled pork. When I pointed out to waiter he got manager who tried to turn it around on me telling me it was rang up that way because they were out of brisket as if I had approved the change but I wasnt informed they were out. I got a refund and didnt eat. I dont eat pork. But my kids ate and said it was great so I rated per their response.

You can smell the smoke from the parking lot. Cooks in the back have good comradery, and love for BBq. They ran out of ribs! Tells me they must be good

If you are looking for decent bbq - TURN AROUND. The chicken was even horrible (like dry and hard). I’m literally on my way to American Deli because the food was so trash. Wasted my money smh

The ribs were sooo good. I was a little sad about the greens, I think they were canned but still flavorful. When I tell you the ribs fell off the bone I mean I picked it up by the bone and just the bone came up haha infinity out of 10

I was told this was the best BBQ in Memphis but I must have gone on an off day. My ribs were dry, and not as in dry rub. The sauces were nice, the potato salad is the standard prepackaged mix, but the greens were pretty tasty
I will keep looking for the best BBQ in Memphis.

I ordered my food online. It was ready to go when I got there. Being able to track my order helped out a lot. So I didn't arrive too early. And I love The Dry rub ribs are my favorite there.
Kid-friendliness: Do you have a kids menu? Which is definitely reasonable pricing.
The food was okay. Vegetarian options not good had to get sides as food. Service was not great they forgot some of my food and had to sit in line to get attention of workers to get my food.
First of all, I could not understand the cashier. Second, the food was cold and flavorless. However, the atmosphere was great! Overall, I would not recommend going here because the price is not worth what you get.

The food was good. Average price and tasty but more than half the menu was sold out on a Sunday evening.
I stopped and got about $150 worth of bbq to go, as well as some bbq sauce bottles to bring back to Chicago with me. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. However, I am writing this review from Chicago, the next day, out of disappointment. I used some of the bbq sauce I got, however it tasted a little bit off compared to what I had when I was there. I check the expiration date, and am saddened to see that the three bottles of hot BBQ sauce I got from next to the register are expired by almost a whole year. How does a restaurant let this happen? And can I trust the products they use when making the food if they cannot keep track of their inventory to the point that they sell stuff that’s almost a year past expiration? I have to say that I feel let down by this place and disappointed that I cannot use the sauce I brought back with me to enjoy and give as a gift

Picked up an order from here and the customer service was awful! Stood there for over 10 minutes no one acknowledged, or said anything to me ,and when a lady come from the kitchen area, I tried to let her know that I was picking up an order and she didn’t acknowledge me at all. All she said was she’ll take care of you and walked away. Very Rude!!
