I placed a catering order for 145 people to celebrate my promotion ceremony in August 2025. Brittany was the Catering Specialist I worked with and she was awesome throughout the entire planning process. On the day of my promotion, the catering crew arrived early to set up at the event venue and were ready to serve the food on time to my guests. I ordered the Basic Pork & Chicken Package with Pulled Pork & Chicken, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Sauce, Buns, Plates, Forks, Napkins, Serving Utensils. I also later added Turnip Greens, Tea, and Ice to my order. Everything turned out great and I had guests from all over the country in town. I received a lot of compliments on the quality and taste of the food. After the event, the catering crew promptly cleaned up, took out the trash, and left the event venue in great condition. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Central BBQ for your catering needs. I will be using Central BBQ for my future catering needs.

Food was good. Guy stayed on his phone while we were giving orders. I told them the silverware was bad dirty. Dont think they really cared because they never came to clean it. I cleaned ours under water and towels.

Just came from Alabama working in Memphis building cell towers. Me and my buddies came looking for the best bbq in Memphis and got some TRASH brisket cut 1/16” so it wouldn’t be so tuff and tasted like it was boiled DRY ribs and turkey that was mid AT BEST for $50.00. Man I shoulda called the police after yall hustled me like that.

It's been a few years since I've had Central BBQ, so I was excited to get their ribs for two 😁 But my family and I was extremely disappointed 😞 The BBQ beans, mac & cheese & green beans were bland, and one of the slab of ribs was soo dry that we couldn't eat them🫠 I'm not sure if this was just an issue with the Summer location, but I won't be spending my money there anytime soon. $100 wasted
