Food was pretty good but service was very lackluster. I dined in. Person at the counter didn’t speak when i walked up to the counter. Anytime i asked for anything, it felt like I was bothering them. The food came with rice but instead of bringing it to the table, our server asked if I wanted it.

Yummy fresh fruit tea and smoothie options. Food is always fresh and delicious. They are open little later than most til 10 pm. Best wonton soup broth EVER. Highly recommend once you try you will be a regular.

I ordered the house lo mein Togo. it was disgusting! The noodles were way over cooked. Just mushy it had no flavor. I added soy sauce to try and help but nope just tasted like salty mush. The meat was tough, vegetables soggy waste of $16.. I love bubble tea but I won’t even bother trying theirs I just stick with Poke World they’re amazing!

Came here for drinks and was not disappointed. The fruit teas are very tasty. It's nice they let you choose how much sugar and ice you want in the drink.
Parking: In a plaza, so how easily you can get a spot depends on time of day.
Very clean and quiet here at Mulan. I didn’t actually try the food but others around me seem to be enjoying their meals. I went for the bubble tea. They have different sizes. My tes was a milk tea with a caramel cream and bubbles. Delicious.

We came to Mulan because we used to come here when it was changs bubble tea. The bubble tea is great. We had the sesame chicken and the chicken lo mein.The food was good. I think the price for the food is ok. I feel like is slightly expensive and they charge for condiments such as Sriracha sauce.
