The food here was great the first time I went. I love Charley’s cheesesteaks but I will not be eating at this location again. I went back the a second time and saw a roach crawling by the counter. But me and my fiancée was like ok maybe it’s just this one coincidence that we see a roach crawling but no I went back a third time to this place and saw another roach crawling on the counter and I informed the employee working at the register that it was a roach crawling in the counter and he went and inform the manager and he sprayed the counter. Now that is not good that I have seen a roach crawling on the counter not once but two times was enough for me. And they need to get the place inspected because I will not be back to that location anymore due to that reason. Me and my fiancé just stop at the Nashville location when we are going in and out of town now.

If you really enjoy cheese steak ? then I'd put my money ? where my mouth is and let you know that they may be the best in the city. Hell, I go to the mall grab a cheese steak or two and dip I don't shop or anything else. I just come in get my order and dip. Try there strawberry lemonade ?.

This was my 2nd favorite sandwich place however after working in Memphis Tennessee region it has been a difficult. The meat over cooked or over cooked and a pound of salt added. The last 3 trips food below expectations . Be sure to call goggle says they close at 8 pm however they close when they want. Call 1st don't dare order on line they are closed and you have already paid for your order.

Parking: Have to park in mall parking lot, then walk to and through the mall to get there. Long trek just for lunch.

I would not have given any stars if possible. This is sad and it makes no sense. I placed my order at 11:26am and Gere it is 11:44am and I'm still waiting. I just saw a roach crawling. At this point I'm asking for my money back. There's only one cook and one cashier. I will never return and friends will heard about this terrible experience. Do better

They will see you standing at the register and never Acknowledge you. The manager seem as if she has to do everything. They never asked me what I wanted on my food or if I want everything on there instead they assumed I wanted everything && put extra thing on my philly that I do not eat. This is not okay because I would be very upset if there was anything I am allergic too being put on my food!

I deliver food.This location is one of the best restaurants that l pick up from. From the gentleman at the front counter to the chefs 100% professional. The food is ready and the Chefs are dressed crisp! I might add an older employee...not these disrespectful kids. So friendly!!!! I love it! I hope l get more deliveries at this location.
