Went to germantown rd location only to find it closed building has no signs on it stating it had closed and it looks like the homeless people have taken residents at this location would just like to know why it's closed and do the owners know people are living there.

Rude employees here!! can't trust my food with people that dont even have enough respect to give decent customers service.
If I can give zero stars I would. I went in the drive thru and one car was ahead of me. We waited for a few minutes and the car pulled off. When I got to the speaker box, no one said anything. I kept saying hello. Nothing…. I pulled to the window and didn’t see anyone. I noticed someone was in the lobby. I went inside and the black lady with the long braids had a MAJOR attitude. Once she was done taking the guys order, she walked away for a minute, came back and took (I guess) the person in the drive thru order. Once I noticed she wasn’t coming to take my order I left.

15 min wait and my food was cold and old my wings were suppose to be angry buffalo you can tell they dipped them in bbq rinsed my chicken off and re dipped them in buffalo sauce they didn’t attempt to make me fresh wings what if I was allergic they could’ve killed me

I ordered 2 Big Bufords the patties on the burger were kids size patties and the burgers were ice cold.!!!! This is SO SAD disgusting !!!!! I will NEVER EVER go back here again !!!!!
