Service was horrendous for a fast food place I got put on hold within the first 5 seconds pulling up looked like the y where just chatting inside not doing a thing. I can’t say much about the food because I couldn’t get any in a reasonable manner. Just bad service all around you better find better people or your business is going to fail

From the time I approached the speaker, I felt my order wasn't wanted at this location.The cashier had a horrible attitude and was very rude !Experience was terrible, not quality customer service at all !And last but not least we pay for fast service.I didn't receive it.When you send coupons in the mail , expect the customer to use them !

Jamie was THE WORST, MOST INCREDIBLY INSULTING, so called manager I I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! After 3 delivery people rejected my order due to wait times, I called. He actually PUT ME ON HOLD to answer his cell phone for a seemingly drug deal. "OK, I'll be looking for you." He sure wasn't looking out for my order to be delivered! I can't see straight. I'd be fired on the spot for such customer service! I'll be calling his franchisee FIRST THING!!!! ?

They got this ai drive thru that never gets the order right and they always seem to overcharge. The burger patty resembled a Krystal patty. Fries were good

I'm a doordash driver. So i got this order from here and i go up to the window like the app said and was met by this rude guy telling me i have to go through the drive thru and i said im picking up a doordash order and he said "same thing" while not even looking me in the eye. So i go to the drive through waiting on this $6 order for 30 minutes. Then i get up to the window and i said i have a doordash order for so&so and said "okay can you pull around to the front window?" You mean the window i was just told to not be at? I don't recommend this place to anyone. I apologize to the person i was going to deliver to but had to cancel because i'm not waiting 40+ mins for $6.

They haven't been open everytime I pull up.The very last time I pulled up.Some lady said,"My system still not here".I didn't understand because Everytime I stop there.No one is there.So Basically cant give a review because they are never open.Actually I only go to rallys when they first open because I only like the fish sandwich and if you don't go when they first open.I feel likey sandwiches be Redropped and I dont like it once its been redropped.because it be overly greasy.So honestly I only go.Once they first open.

Never answer the phone they messed up my order and I never got my refund for the 24 dollars they swiped off my card the girl in the window act like she put my money back on my card I gave they service back my food was cold sloppy and put Together any type of way they need new employees and new management need to start hiring some people this location is not it I'll just dispute my payment with the bank just flat out ridiculous
