Stopped in at this location on my way home from work tonight, at 1:53 a.m. pulled up and the male associate said sorry they were closing. I pulled to window and store hours say 3a.m. on Saturday. This being Saturday. I beeped horn, female associate was sitting on counter where they bag food. Jumped down then proceeded to say huh, what you want, very loud and aggressive. I said ma'am store hours say 3 a.m. she said we closing now. I just began to pull off, guy comes to front window yelling at me again. I said again, sir I just got off work. I was just tryin to get something to eat. He asked what I wanted. At this point I said really I want your corporate number. He asked if I would pull back around and place my order. I did and While window was closed I could hear them cursing me for wanting them to simply do their jobs. and then he tried to just give me the whole order. I refused to get it for free and insisted I pay for my order. Truth those people are telling your customers they are closed or our of food. They actually do that a lot late night at this location. Checkers you guys need to do something about this location.

Big buford was hot n made 2 order fries were very hot n fresh the apple pies were the cherry on top to fill me up! The lemonade was soooooo fye get the large nahh! BEST CHECKERS IN MEMPHIS IS KNIGHT ARNOLD AND PERKINS! POPLAR N DUNLAP disapoint me everytime! I'm back n love again with Rally/Checkers ( n my Jeffrey Osborne sing-song voice). ???

I had a coupon on the app for a free shake with purchase and they wouldn't honor it and made me feel uncomfortable luckily there's plenty of food nearby. I must say, I'm very impressed!!! I got the baconzilla and it was the best burger I've had in a while. I'm not a biggie on burgers. But this was great. I was expecting poor service and quality, because every other fast food place seems to disappoint me. Thank you . Fries were fresh. Sprite was good.

Terrible customer service, my wife and i pulled up around 10:00 and were told 30 mins. In the mean time she took a phone call and was speaking on the phone she said to the person” well give me a second “ the person was like in a rude manner: it’s gonna be more than a second , i just told you it will be 30minutes. We didn’t even order because of the rudeness.
