I did a door dash order let me just say fresh cooked food doesn’t dry out and be cold when they pick it up to bring to you my deep sea double was so old and dried out the fish was so old it was thin brown crusted hard so dried out the cheese you couldn’t even tell it was cheese it had been sitting so long I tried reheating it never melted the fries was like they had never been cooked just put in a box and sent out the lettuce was brown unfortunately DoorDash only gave me back half what I paid said sorry for my inconvenience thing is we order this mess for the convenience and pay well for it yall sloppy and that’s not right

Placed an order through the checkers app only to get to the store and they were out of my item. Instead of cancelling or calling the number i provided in the app they tried to replace 10$ worth of food for apple pies!!!! I then tried to get a refund only for them to say i would have to contact the app were there is no customer service option on the app at all. I sent multiple emails and returned to the store still nothing. Never again

Young lady cashier cut me off when I tried to tell her about my order. I received No receipt and was charged for fries that I Specifically stated before being rudely cut off by her that I Did Not want. I come here Often but I refuse to spend money where there is inappropriate behavior. Pov: it's Okay to Listen Completely to a customer when ordering. This form of communication is designed to keep from getting a customer's order inCorrect and if incorrect it can be Corrected, thus,creating a Good overall experience and just Maybe that customer wouldn't mind Returning . It's Okay to Not display a negative attitude. Correction is Healthy. It will not hurt. Respectfully

Did the hiring manager for whoever is currently working the shift right now, distribute,and/or administer, a drug screening? Because there is absolutely no way they could have confused ? a pick 2 burger combo for 2 loaded fries 2?!!!!!!! Hi, I'm. Franchesca Wilson. Nino Brown's girlfriend. I shared this delivery with him. AND BOTH OF US WERE EXTREMELY HUNGRY AND VERY DISAPPOINTED TO FIND OUT THAT WE WERE GIVEN BACON CHEESE FRIES. INSTEAD OF THE BURGERS WE HAD ORDERED!!!!!!!! ALL OF THEM DESERVE TO BE FIRED AND THROWN IN GARBAGE IF THEY ARE THIS DUMB AND STUPID!!!!! SICK ??

I stop here pretty often being a professional food critic often late night and every night that i stop the samee lady (night manger )that takes my order is very very rude and has a very nasty attitude.. she's always getting smart and yelling back to me..she mumbles cursing words into the speaker and rushes me to finish ordering.. once I pull to the window she's even more rude handing out the drinks like almost throwing them out to me.. rushing for payment.. I will not ever return and I will be posting about this in all my social media blogs...

I ordered ahead on the app. Overall, the service and fries were very good. My order was ready on-time. However, I had issues with both the Checkerburger and soda. First, the Checkerburger had hardly any vegetables on it. It contained a few shreds of lettuce and one slice of a ROMA tomato. I consider that as it being a plain cheeseburger. Second, after finishing, I requested a refill. The person stated THEY DO NOT DO REFILLS. The experience as a whole caused me to regret going here and choosing another location instead. Side note, the chicken bites had an air bubble in them.
