I stop here pretty often being a professional food critic often late night and every night that i stop the samee lady (night manger )that takes my order is very very rude and has a very nasty attitude.. she's always getting smart and yelling back to me..she mumbles cursing words into the speaker and rushes me to finish ordering.. once I pull to the window she's even more rude handing out the drinks like almost throwing them out to me.. rushing for payment.. I will not ever return and I will be posting about this in all my social media blogs...

I ordered ahead on the app. Overall, the service and fries were very good. My order was ready on-time. However, I had issues with both the Checkerburger and soda. First, the Checkerburger had hardly any vegetables on it. It contained a few shreds of lettuce and one slice of a ROMA tomato. I consider that as it being a plain cheeseburger. Second, after finishing, I requested a refill. The person stated THEY DO NOT DO REFILLS. The experience as a whole caused me to regret going here and choosing another location instead. Side note, the chicken bites had an air bubble in them.

Mane i knew some was up when I seen Krystal’s line wrapped around the corner and checkers didn’t have nobody during busy food hours I spent 15 dollars for 4 cold burgers and cold fries ik it’s fast food but still that checkers use to have a nice upkeep now yall trash I’ll never eat at this checkers again yall need to hire better people instead of these kids that just want to throw some together.

Customer service at the Lamar Location in Memphis, Tennessee is not acceptable. They don’t sound engaged on the drive-through microphone. They sound very mean and as though they don’t care about their customers. One of their associates has yelled at me before.My recent visit, I ordered the Fry Lovers Burger. The burger was very small with little fries. It should have been two times bigger than the one given.I would return but I would order something I usually do and I would go for the food because the associates aren’t good in customer service.Customer Service is important for customer retention.

Can't give the food any kind of rating because I didn't get to order or eat.At 6:22 in the evening I was starving and I wanted Checkers. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line that only had 1 other car in line. I got to the speaker to be rudely told that "I wun'nt gonna get no food, so go on..." All I could say was "excuse me?" He told me he was closing in 10 minutes and wusn't nobody to cook my food and he wuz leaving.No has a good day, kiss my foot - NOTHING!
