Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

The staff there was very kind, my waitress was super patient with me as I had a lot of demands, LOL! LOL! There's a new woman in the front that made a couple of mistakes but she had only been there for 2 days and she was doing the best she could and I could tell that and the staff there were really trying to help her. I love seeing a team. The food is always delicious. Exclamation

Great Ribs on point

I had a terrible experience with the supervisor on duty. Supervisor name Monica .
I placed an order directly through what I thought was the restaurant’s website, but without any clear notice, I was redirected to Uber Eats. When I brought this up, the supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said she would file a complaint with Uber, but refused to provide me with the complaint number, saying she was “too busy” because the restaurant was full.

And what about me? Am I not also a customer who deserves respect?
The lack of courtesy and professionalism was truly disappointing.

NEVER EVER AGAIN… I have been to probably 15 Cheddars around the country and this is THE WORST CHEDDARS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!
Greated by a rude hostess. When we asked to sit at the bar because we didn’t want to wait 15 minutes.. “I guess” was the reply.. no smile no anything but FULL of attitude!!
Sit at the bar.. asked what to drink then disappear. Salad comes.. eat.. and then bar person (wouldn’t call them a bar tender because that takes more than standing there!!)
Then .. takes my used fork and spots it back in front of me to eat my main.. yes my dirty fork.. I guess receiving a clean one is way too much to ask here unless you ask!!
Good takes thirty minutes… I ask the bar tender where it is and I say it’s been thirty minutes .. I’m told by the manager “You need to be patient” … really only four tables in the bar area occupied (Saturday night @ 7:30) no patio.. because that’s not open.. I say I’m prepared to wait five more minutes then I’m told “this isn’t the only side in the restaurant…” … REALLY!!
What I needed to do .. was what I DID DO!! Pay for my drink and LEAVE!! Not this in any other cheddars if this is the standard they accept as acceptable service!! By the way I owned a bar and restaurant for 25 years… so I know what I’m talking about and not one of these would last a day!!

We each has the delicious chicken pot pie. Excellent meal came with a side. Value for your dollar

Came in on my hour lunch break no one never came to the table to take my order other servers continued to walk pass me without any acknowledgment I called another server to assist but no one never assisted wasted my whole lunch sitting at a table with not even a glass of water

Order the new Orleans pasta it was nasty the noodles was over cooked and order the ribs with shrimp with a side of broccoli and the broccoli was like mashed potatoes never again

The waitress truly sucked and made the whole experience horrible. She had the personality of an old shoe. Looked like the place could use an over haul.
