This people told us that they was gonna be out with our food a hour ago and when we ask the at the front register she talking about she don't know and had a really nasty attitude we've been waiting an hour for our food on top of that pizza was half done don't come here and spend your money if u wanna wait a hour or two for your food and give bad service i don't recommend here

My goodness if you have no where to go and just like waiting around this is the place to go I seen the young lady reach her hand in the sausage after touching door handles without gloves and having customers wait 30 to 37 mins for pizza this establishment have no care for there customers I imagine it's because of the neighborhood that's management have no control of this business my advice is to by pass the budget pizza place and go elsewhere I will not eat here again by the way they love to give you old pizza

Okay after my bad review (about 5 years ago)and the contact I got from the Manager where he said my suggestions where good and he was going to see about putting it the training and send me coupons (never got those) I decided it was worth another chance. So I go in for the Hot and Ready Pizza and breadsticks and guess what - they do not have any cooked. They said it would be 10 minutes. And she was definitely not using what the owner said where helpful comments.

Called to place an order, and was placed on hold for 10 min, and all i could hear in the background was the employees arguing. Had to hang up and call back and got someone else who was not pleasant to speak with. Customer service is simple, just treat people with respect and be honest if you're too busy to take an order.

It's kinda sad when you read all the reviews about a place about how they ask you over and over about what you ordered and how they simply DONT HAVE THE HOT N READY PIZZA HOT OR READY. This continues to be true on Nov 24 2019. From the time I spent waiting here it ruins the convenience of coming here. Go somewhere else
Went by this Little Caesars about 5:45 pm to pick up one the the 5 meat "Hot and Ready". About 15 minutes later , I walked out with my pizza. Store was busy and had trouble keeping up. Was asked twice what I had ordered ! No receipt given.

This Little Ceasars has won me over. I have been to this store on several occasions since I relocated to Memphis and service is fast, service is friendly and they actually give you the toppings you pay for! I have purchased pizzas from Domino's and Pizza Hut pay 1.00 plus for toppings and get 5 cents worth but here they are generous and give what you pay for and for the same pizza at Domino's and Pizza Hut the same pizza that would have cost me almost 30.00 it is 14.00 here... To the Manager you have a great team keep up the great work all of you!

Horrific service. The one-eyed lady had an attitude, the other worker can't understand that you give seventy five cents to someone who paid $20 for a $19.75 order, and the pizza made me sick! Don't come here.
