We went for afternoon tea, and had a wonderful time. The service was great, everyone was super friendly, and the food/teas were delicious!

Truly an amazing experience with 10 course wine pairing! The food presentation was like art, and the combination of flavors was outstanding! Service was excellent and we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

$550 for a dinner where they picked all the food for us. Some stuff was good but it all kinda had the same flavor. Wouldn't go on a holiday or business meeting if you want to have a real conversation due to the wait staff asking you how you're doing every 5 seconds.

Very nice and enjoyable afternoon tea until we had the bill. The most expensive afternoon tea I have had. €119 additional cost due to service and resort tax. Just be aware of this when booking.

Tea and our server Chris were lovely. However, knowing ahead of time the choices would have been helpful

Sadie was super knowledgeable about the afternoon tea selections. We will be back for supper.

Excellent food. Service was good considering they were short handed because of the winter storm. Very quiet setting.

We visited Chez Philippe in December for a birthday celebration and chose the seven-course tasting menu with wine pairings. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, polished, and attentive. We were welcomed with complimentary champagne, which was a lovely way to start the evening.

The ambience is elegant, European, and very refined. The presentation of each course was beautiful — every dish looked like a work of art. While the food was good, it wasn’t especially memorable for the price point, but the overall experience, service, and setting still made it a special night.

Since the birthday was noted on the reservation, this felt like a place that could have gone a little above and beyond with a small celebratory touch — even a candle or a simple birthday dessert would have made the evening feel more personal. We did receive a small take-home treat, which was a nice gesture.

Overall, Chez Philippe offers a lovely, elegant, and memorable dining experience, especially for a special-occasion evening.

The best dining experience I've had in Memphis ever. The food, service, and atmosphere are all perfect. The wait staff was top notch especially our waitress Courtney. Enjoyed our 4 course meal and a mingling of small bites that are second to none. The kitchen lead by head chef Keith was immaculate and the food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Would recommend to anyone looking to go out for that perfect evening!

My friend and I enjoyed dinner here New Year's Day. Everything was five star. The course selection was good. Though for me, I would have appreciated a fish, seafood, or poultry option for the fourth course. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

We have lived in Memphis for over 10 years, but this was our first time trying the four course tasting menu at Chez Philippe. I originally booked a table for four but was able to call in advance and change to six without any difficulty. The customer service was expectional. I have to say, our dinner last night far exceeded any expectations! Incredible service (Solomon was delightful) with perfect portions. Delicious food and beverage options! Our two kids joined us and were delighted with the children's menu and drink options. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. We cannot wait to come back!

I had a wonderful meal. I chose the 7-course with the wine pairing. It was the perfect amount of food - I left full and satisfied, but not stuffed to bursting. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Having a restaurant of this caliber really cements Memphis's reputation as a culinary destination.

I tried their afternoon tea. Peach blossom tea was perfect with honey, milk or sugar. The savory tarts were too rich and scone was too sweet with the jam and cream, but the service was amazing.
