Most exquisite 7 course meal with wine pairings. Legitimate freshly prepared gourmet meal. A surprise at every turn. Over and above anything I have experienced. Expensive but ambiance, service and meal so worth it. You will be amazed. Truly. Best kept secret of the south.

Had a great birthday experienced, service was top notch, all the food, sweets and the palate cleansing in between courses are all delicious. We saw the chef in the kitchen which was a highlight of our dinner as well. We are local so will be back for sure.

This was an exceptional meal from start to finish! Every bite was exquisite and we savored the meal. The service was very professional and met our every need. We were delighted to be invited into the kitchen to meet the Chef, Keith, his food is awesome and we highly recommend this restaurant.

Wow - the 4 course menu and wine pairing was phenomenal, especially because of the little surprises in between courses. It's worth the price of admission especially for those special occasions!

Wonderful tea and snacks. Presentation, quality, service was excellent Love the gentle background movie theme sounds Slight disturbance due to close by repairs in bathroom etc going on!

We had an outstanding evening at Chez Phillipe. We are long time Memphians and have never been Before last night. Chef Keith Clinton has put together a great tasting menu, or you can have a four course meal. Quality of ingredients, presentation of plates, and above all taste cement this restaurants reputation as one of the best. I think the casual dinner may be intimidated by the setting (a very grand space), but don't let it intimidate you. Check your calendar, make a reservation , and put on your Sunday best, and enjoy one of the best meals you'll ever have. We look forward to coming back with friends!

Attended the Valentine special Dinner with fiance' the courses were delightful and made to perfection. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was wonderful. The main reason for 'good' rating on Value was the cost for wine servings. Otherwise it was wonderful.
Ethereal, exquisite, enrapturing experience. The ambiance was delightful and romantic. The food was delectable, tasty, and delicate. Each course was preceded by an exquisitely prepared Amuse-bouche that showcased our chef's culinary skill and creativity. It was an incredible experience, and I highly recommend it.

I wish to give a million stars, I had the 7 course tasting menu along with the wine. I was greeted by Maitre d Glenn very warm inviting establishment. My waiter was Josh very knowledgeable, professional, friendly. The decor was fabulous and historic, like the painting in the opera box were watching. Food very flavorful, whimsical and attention to detail. Chef Keith is a true master and his team, wonderful people. I will mention Lexi,James and Will and apologize if I left anyone out. Chef came to my table to introduce a course and then I was invited back to the kitchen for a surprising treat. It was truly an honor and privilege to meet all the fine people. I highly recommend this place, make a reservation if you skip this place you will miss out of an amazing experience. The plates and plating were amazing. Thank you for an impeccable experience. I loved the elk never had it but now will search for it.

Exquisitely prepared food, served at a leisurely pace in a comfortable and intimate setting. The opposite of the too loud too rushed too crowded dining experience currently forced on diners by too many so called fine dining restaurants. Set aside the evening for this experience! Only slightly negative for us was the wine selection the night we came. While it was perfectly acceptable and paired well by the sommelier, the wines just were not on a par with the food. This is easily fixed and should not cause anyone pause to not come - the menu is a series of tiny masterpieces! Highly recommend

We ordered the seven course dinner meal back in November. The food was terrible! The fillet was overcooked, and the fish was raw! Not rare, raw, and no, it wasn't sushi. It was beautifully plated but the flavor was definitely missing! What's more funny is our lack luster for this food was backed up by the fact that the chef came out to speak to us, and in our discussion, we found out he did not even go to culinary school!! HIW RIDICULOUS! Do we find this surprising after eating the food? Sadly no. He did praise his wife however, whom did go to Culinary school and he admitted to taking tips from her. Clearly he needs to sit underneath her for further apprenticeship, or go to actual culinary school. Very disappointing as I was visiting from Wisconsin!Lastly, I find it very unprofessional and think The Peabody hotel is guilty of misrepresentation, hiring someone that not only admitted to not going to culinary school, but produced food that tasted like it. Don't get me wrong not everyone needs to go to college however, I expect close to the very best when going to a restaurant Within a hotel of the scale. I certainly expected better from the Peabody hotel! Very very disappointing!

Food was amazing. This was definitely a first for my husband and I, but it was a wonderful evening. The whole service took about 2 hours for the 4 course meal, with many little extras between courses. The ambience was peaceful and very lavish. Definitely something to try at least once. The server was excellent (Byron?) and the chef was very nice when he came tableside (Jeff).
