This store sucks, I'd ask for chicken strips and they have none and some of my orders were missing, I asked for 8pc nuggets and they weren't in the bag, whoever they hired they should be fired, a waste of money for nothing and the drive thru is like a gridlock, never coming here again 😡

Placed my order at the drive through line. They were out of macaroni and cheese(it happens). Ordered a couple of combos with dipping sauce and two milkshakes. When I got to the pick up window, I found out they were out of milkshakes as well. I got a refund for the shakes but not before being charged for them twice. I had to ask for the sauces because they forgot them, as well. This is not normal service for a Chik-fil-A.

Food was great, but slow!! Too many people working for slow service!! Went at around 4:00 with no crowd and it took 15 mins to get my food. And I went inside!! The manager was too busy gossiping to run the crew!! Too many youngins there playing around instead of doing their job and getting the food out quicker. Won't be coming back to this location!! Ever!!

Waited 30 minutes for shakes and some fries. These were the fries that came out. Looks like nobody cleaned the sifted the fryer oil since the start of business today. Tastes like old oil and crushed dreams.
They didn’t have Mac and cheese for the second time this week, they didn’t put the replacement side in the bag so I didn’t get what I paid for, and they left out my sauces like they do every single time at this location. Their service has gotten progressively worse over the last several months.

These people are always so nice & respectful. I LOVE their 12 piece chicken nuggets, with the waffle fries & the sugar free lemonade. They have the best chicken breakfast biscuits and chicken sandwich
My daughter and I came last night around 9:30 for dinner so I won't have to cook. The food was terrible wasn't hot by a Sprite was terrible. We came back tonight to let them know so I couldn't get in touch with them on the telephone last night. The manager Mr Terry was very nice and very sincere with his apology. He made sure that I order was hot and right thank you Mr Terry my daughter says you get a thousand A+
Literally every time I place an order from here they get it wrong. If you want it that bad just go to the one on summer it’s farther away but at least you know your food will be correct. Literally just didn’t give me half my food.

I ordered a salad, brownie a large frosty. I had to remind them of my Chick-fil-A sauce. Made to my destination and realized I got a cookie instead of the brownie I paid for and bags of pecans that go on the salad. Customer Service was horrible as if they were bothered by me asking for my sauce.
