Waited 30 minutes for shakes and some fries. These were the fries that came out. Looks like nobody cleaned the sifted the fryer oil since the start of business today. Tastes like old oil and crushed dreams.
They didn’t have Mac and cheese for the second time this week, they didn’t put the replacement side in the bag so I didn’t get what I paid for, and they left out my sauces like they do every single time at this location. Their service has gotten progressively worse over the last several months.

My daughter and I came last night around 9:30 for dinner so I won't have to cook. The food was terrible wasn't hot by a Sprite was terrible. We came back tonight to let them know so I couldn't get in touch with them on the telephone last night. The manager Mr Terry was very nice and very sincere with his apology. He made sure that I order was hot and right thank you Mr Terry my daughter says you get a thousand A+
Literally every time I place an order from here they get it wrong. If you want it that bad just go to the one on summer it’s farther away but at least you know your food will be correct. Literally just didn’t give me half my food.

I ordered a salad, brownie a large frosty. I had to remind them of my Chick-fil-A sauce. Made to my destination and realized I got a cookie instead of the brownie I paid for and bags of pecans that go on the salad. Customer Service was horrible as if they were bothered by me asking for my sauce.

Check your food before you leave. Who ever is cooking in the morning doesn't like to fully cook the chicken. It s gross and not edible. The biscuits aren't usually cooked all the way either.
Only steak should be served rare.

I can count on one had how many experiences have not been 5 star (maybe 2 in my 50 yrs on earth). Lately I have been having a craving for breakfast hashbrowns and of course they did not disappoint. No judgement... lol.. but 3 times this week i have stopped for breakfast. My breakfast burrito is ALWAYS fresh. Hasn't been sitting in a drawer with the tortilla getting hard around the ends/edges like some others who offer them. It's always rolled nice and plump and everything is just placed nicely and distributed well like someone took their time and care with it. Now to the item at hand that I was craving. Those little hash rounds or whatever they call them. NEVER have I experienced them fried to hard or undercooked. I have , unfortunately, experienced that over and over again at some of the other fast food places thst offer breakfast. They are always fried golden brown and too perfection. Chik fil a has there ish and timing down on those things. As much as they are known about their chicken, please don't sleep on their breakfast. I just love love love it and my senses do too.

The service here yesterday was great. Darrell was very pleasant and friendly when he took my order. O enjoy Chick-fil-A because the customer is beyond amazing and Darrell's interaction with me was not different. We got our food quick, it was fresh.
