What a horrible experience. Not only is the staff miserable and unfriendly but they also can’t follow simple instructions (could be they just done want to either). I asked for no tomato on my deluxe sandwich and I got tomato and no lettuce. I asked for two different sauces, I can see that the young at the register put that on the ticket, but the manager just omitted those from my bag when he handed it to me. There was also someone else there complaining about missing items from their order. It’s not very busy today and the worst part is, no one said anything”My Pleasure” when I said “Thank you”. Save your money and your energy, don’t buy food at this location.

If they run out of something at the end of the night they refuse to make the item for the customer. because they say their closing soon! Remind you closing time is still 30-40 away! Poor customer service! Especially management!! Do Better

Opened up 40 minutes late, and another 12 for food. Ordered a chicken biscuit and hashbrowns that almost made me late for my flight but when I checked the bag it had a chicken biscuit and a fruit parfait. When I walked back they completely ignored me until I had to speak up and they told me they don’t have hashbrowns…
They do not open on time. It says they open at 4 am. We have been waiting 50 mins and they still aren't open. We finally had to walk away to keep from missing our flight. Worst chick fila I've been to.

Employees were friendly. Order was taken promptly. But orders were not packaged and handed out in a timely fashion and a substantial number of diners backed up. Seemed very chaotic and inefficient and I had to ask for my order twice. Meh. The sandwich was fine though.

I have traveled this airport at least 2 times a month due to being a traveling nurse. As a frequent visitor to this airport I love the atmosphere inside especially since it’s Memphis. On October 14, I came across an employee that always greets me with a beautiful smile and friendly attitude. I can tell she was raised in the south, she always says yes ma’am and no ma’am. Her name is Jesmaine, I remember because this is my second encounter with her and my grand daughter name is spelled Jasmine. This employee is who I love to greet me. Unlike the other rude employees I have encountered. Im rating this a 1 star due to the rudeness of the other employees. There was a 15 minute wait on chicken minis, the employee was rude telling us we had to wait. Due to my plane leaving early I had to ask Ms jesmaine can she please give me a refund which she so sweetly apologized and asked her manager who seemed as if she didn’t know how to proceed. Another employee had to come help the manager. The only positive comment I have is to say thank you to my order taker, you Rock.
