Employees were friendly. Order was taken promptly. But orders were not packaged and handed out in a timely fashion and a substantial number of diners backed up. Seemed very chaotic and inefficient and I had to ask for my order twice. Meh. The sandwich was fine though.
I love Chick- Fil- A but this location is in an airport so I guess they have different policies than the brick and mortar locations. I like using the app to get points however this location does not recognize the app. I wanted a bacon egg and cheese muffin but they only have biscuits at this location. Staff was not the friendly Chick-Fil-A staff and that I’m used too. Worst part of my visit was the drinks are served in paper cups!! I hate paper cups- drinks don’t stay...
A great way to start or end the journey in Memphis International Airport.The airport has a limited number of eating establishments, a few vending areas, 2 coffee options, and this Chick-fil-A. This is, I think, the only fast food type option in the entire complex. It is a smaller store located in the open area between gates 8 and 9 where the concourse takes a turn.
