I think you guys need to hire more people. Mobile lane takes forever. Like 2-3 cars from drive through lane passed and mobile lane still stays still. The way you guys served food is so inconsistent. One day is decent amount. Another day is nothing much in my breakfast bowl?
Food is normally pretty good, but they are the most slowest chick fi la I have ever seen! You must be prepared to sit for 15-20 mins whether it’s in mobile or drive thru! Come on yall do better with the time !

I go through chick fil a every morning and get the same meal everyday. Today instead of getting my sausage and biscuit I received a grilled chicken biscuit with cheese and looks like egg. The whole thing looked disgusting. I couldn't even look at it.

I had a terrible experience at the Chick-fil-A on Austin Peay Highway in Memphis, TN (Raleigh community). The service here is painfully slow—I've had to wait 10-20 minutes just to receive a simple mobile order multiple times. The customer service is horrendous, with staff showing little to no urgency or care. And don’t let me get started on the drive through experience ?♂️!!! You can sometimes get your order first before 1-2 cars ahead of you and you have to sit there and wait until cars move up. Horrible! It's sad that I have to leave my area just to get the proper Chick-fil-A experience. Raleigh, this isn’t it. I was happy that chick Fil a was coming to Raleigh but the excitement is definitely not there anymore. They need to sweep the staff clean and start fresh. If you want to see how it's done right, head over to the Bartlett location—they've got it down!

If I could give this establishment a 0 stars I would!!! This is the worst experience of all of my years of eating at Chick-fil-A!! I tried leaving this review on my app but for some reason it wouldn’t let me post! I have provided screen shoots below of my full play by play beyond awful experience! I am not the type to complaint but this has to be addressed! Chick-fil-A is well known for their excellent customer service but this one in particular needs to put on blast for the poor treatment of loyal customers!! I am a rewards member and a longtime loyal customer! It’s sad that I have to go outside of my neighborhood for enjoy one of my favorite restaurants because this one that is just mins from my home has such horrible customer service and mistreatment their customers so bad! I hope this review reaching the right eyes and the proper changes are made to get this Chick-fil-A in accordance to their usual excellence customer service standards. Visit this location on Saturday & my food wasn’t fresh or should I just say my fries, visit the location today explain to the young lady my experience & before I got upset I just asked to speak with a manager & after talking to her believe her name was Tanisha she made me smile & changed my whole thought of returning to this location she was very pleasant & I will be returning
