You can't get the sauce you want even if you want to pay for it. Talking about it's for a salad 🤦🏾♀️.The wait time each time I have been was about 20 minutes. They don't offer anything to compensate your time even when they have you late for work etc.

This is the second time using this location. It was even slower this time than before. I used the mobile app to order this time. It was even slower than the drive thru line. I've been here at least 20 minutes now. Wednesday evening at 5.40pm

I've given this place 3 tries and it's a bad experience every single time. 1st time I waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru line for my order and got back to work late. 2nd time I placed the order online cause that's what others suggested would be faster and it was, but they didn't give me the side of chicken nuggets I ordered. Ok, not a problem mistakes happen. So I tried a 3rd time. Ordered a soup online just to find out they were out of it when I got there and still had to wait 20+ minutes in the line to be able to get out of the drive-thru. All they offered was a brownie for the inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Worst chick fila ever ,food is never fresh and hot, always have you “ pull up” I’ve NEVER had to pull up this much at a chick fila ever, biscuit falling apart as soon as you bite it and oh every time I’ve gone I’ve had to warm my sandwich… will not be going back

Service was much slower than expected. There seems to be issues with some people understanding how the QR scan code works for mobile drive thru and there is no way to get past someone who forgot to scan the QR. I had already received my order after being in line 10 minutes and it took them 15-20 minutes to figure out why the car in front had not received their order. I think about 4-5 vehicles behind me had received theirs as well but we were all trapped behind one vehicle because they prioritized the regular drive thru and handing out their food (about another 12-15 vehicles passed me while I waited) instead of figuring out why the order of the car in front was not completed. Finally the shift manager came out and signaled the car in front of us to scoot up so everyone trapped could get out. I would’ve thought they would have asked the car in front of all us to move up the moment there was an issue instead of trapping us behind for much longer than necessary. I like the concept of a mobile drive thru, but it is not working at this location and it seems others have the same opinion as well for only being open about a month

I’ve tried extending grace because it just opened but this place needs help! They need to shut down and focus on getting their employees together so that they can provide better service

This is my second visit at this chic fil a. This is the LONGEST I have ever waited at a chick fil a drive though in my life. And I will add I did mobile through. The people that ordered in person have beat us out of here. Absolutely terrible to wait in like over 30 minutes. Last time my food was even wrong. I hope it isn’t this time.
