If I could give zero stars I would. Sat in line for OVER 30 MINUTES WAITING ON FOOD!!!! They had 1 person giving out food and limited sauce to just 2. What in the entire hell??!! If you want the slowest chik fil a in Memphis go to this one. Do better or just close it up. Smdh

Oh wow... so I go to CFA multiple times a week, mainly by my house tho and everything is always perfect. I decided to go to this one because I'm at work and this is the closest to me. For 1, it took longer than the usual for CFA. 2, my order was wrong and I didnt know until I made it to my destination. I usual never have to check my orders from CFA. This type of CFA may be a good idea, but it needs a little more work on making correct orders and being CFA-known speed. It may take some time, but it will definitely be a while before I return to this location. Food was fresh, which is a plus.... but order was incorrect. Edit- everything but the COOKIE was fresh. Cookie was extra hard and crunchy.

I literally work at the hospital across the street. It takes them 30 whole minutes for my food to come. My lunch break is over by the time I get my food! I need another option for lunch. This location isn’t working for me.

This spot is closer than the one I usually frequent on summer and the slow pace was something that was bearable for a couple months after opening but at this point its ridiculous. The group of young women at the front constantly look lost and if I bother to order a carry out unless I beg for my order it literally wont be called and dont get me started on the ridiculous wait with the mobile order through. Holy crap get it together!!!
