You would think the drive thru would move quicker & in order, however it doesn’t. There's no reason why I should get my food while 7 other cars in front of me are still waiting. By the time I leave my food is cold from waiting in line. 3 days ago I was the car being held at the front of the line over 1 drink & 2 cups of ice. While others behind me waited in line with their food for an extended amount of time because the lack of structure somewhere within the building....
FIVE STAR SERVICE!!! Had a last minute catering food for our dance team, during their middle of change over of dances. CeCe and her team not only got out large orders of chicken nugget tray ready in minutes, but also filled another last minute fruit tray order on the spot, and also offered up extra cups, sauces, and utensils for the group. Manager was standing outside on the front lines on a Friday night apologizing for the long line. If the line is long that means the food is good, and it was great! Staff was super nice and polite. Definitely recommend.
