I’ve been coming to Chick-fil-A on Winchester for three years now I’ve never had an issue with the wait time , , with customer service or ordering my food at all. for the past two weeks. The service has been extremely slow. Food has been incorrect. I’ve waited in line for almost an hour. I don’t know what’s going on, but Chick-fil-A please get it back together.

I went to this location today on my lunch break through the regular drive through and the guy who passed me my food was very rude. I ordered a SWEET tea with my meal with EXTRA ICE. They gave me my drink with NO ICE and when I said something about it, he looked at me and rolled his eyes as if I inconvenienced him for having to get me a cup of ice. Then ask I went to drink my tea, it was UNSWEET. Poor service. I go to this location all the time. Won’t be going back because this is his second time doing this.

My family loves Chic-fil-A and at this location, the food is good but they ALWAYS forget something. We have to double check everything but overall it's good but is a little subpar compared to other locations we've been to.
