They mopped the floors at 11:30 am (lunch time) and I fell trying to leave from slipping on the wet floor. I went outside and no one even came to check on me; they just looked out the windows and moved signs in the spot where I fell. Then blamed it on me. Never again!

The fries where cold, but they were fast and nice. It's a Chick-fil-a, but if you want the experience go to Poplar and Mendenhall. P.S. - Why can I recommend wasabi?
I ordered kids meals asking what al the came with. Lady said toy included. I ordered a few kids meals and mine then an extra machine n cheese. No toys one i got food then they tell me their out. Wow really? Then manager offers my 2&3yr Olds free ice cream which they don't get sugar. No ty then I said I'll take the Mac n cheese free he walked away with the biggest attitude. Left me hanging then said I stormed off when actually I went to trend to my babies. He made me wait extra for the mac and was the worst EMPLOYEE not only was he a manager but he reacted with his emotions rather than being professional. Won't ever be back there as I felt so disrespected. Then I get home and my Mac n cheese was half full because the manager is unprofessional. How horrible I'm disgusted $5 down the drain

The last six times I’ve ordered food there. They have gotten my order wrong even when I try to tell them when I’m ordering to make sure that the order is right and it isn’t! How hard is it to read an order and get it correct? I keep telling him not to put blue cheese on my salad and he assures me There’s no blue cheese on it. When I get home, I find out it has blue cheese on it and I’m allergic to it and have to throw it out. Also, I ordered two creamy salsa dressings and they only give me one. I order extra bacon crumbles and I don’t get any and I’m charge extra for this. And whats with all the stems instead of leaves that you call lettuce? After all these bad experiences, I’m never coming back to the store again! (enough is enough)

Ordered several meals with fries and nuggets and sandwiches via the mobile app. Requested BBQ sauce, chick fil a sauce, ketchup, mayo. All we got was a couple of fist fulls of mayo. It's always something at this store.

My experience today was a bit disappointing. It was not the pleasant chick-fil-A experience I'm used to. My drive through order was taken by Setresa (according to my receipt). She was not very friendly. The tone with which she spoke to me was rude (as if I was bothering her). I think I'll be taking a break from visiting this location.
