I hate to confirm what the reviews said and I did read them prior to, but still wanted to give them a try. 1. I left Memphis 6yrs ago for Nashville so I’ve experienced them there. 2. I just moved back and wanted to try it out despite reviews. 3. The presentation is there and “fry style” instructions were followed to the T. Thumbs up for that. But EVERYTHING down to the bone of the chicken wings, the tenders and fries TASTES LIKE OLDDDD GREASE!!! No lie, it TRULY does. I think that’s the ONLY issue, the grease. The honey hot flavor has a bitter taste, but hey, that could be how theirs is made. But something has to be done about the OLD GREASE cause it RUINED EVERYTHING! I know they can do better and I hope they do. 100%
I'm not convinced they deserve the title "King of Wings" with such a limited selection. For example, their honey hot wings just combine honey gold wings with a jalapeno for heat. This approach feels like a bit of a letdown. King of Wings?

First off , EXTREMELY DIRTY , no gloves , dirty drink machines... But the worst part is i placed a order for my lunch break made it there and “STEVE” never put in the order .... so i made it in and had to go back to work with no food and when i asked for a coupon for the inconvience (BECAUSE THEY RUINED IT NOT ME) i was told i should have waited.... As if i didnt already waste my whole entire lunch break... Save your time save your money and get food somewhere else PLEASE if you care AT ALL about your time and health

They young lady kept hanging up every time I call to place an order ! Then I called back she put me on hold and never came back to the phone ! 10 mins later I hung up and called again she never answered I called 10 times still no answer so I waited for 30 mins tried again and she answered so I asked can I speak to the manager and this lady stated we do not have one and hung up on me ! It’s always the black business that do this and this is ridiculous !
