Ordered delivery through uber and very disappointed. First time getting from this location.

The bag was wide open and didn't see the very small piece of security tape across the flaps until removing orders from the bag. The tape seal was broken, and one order was missing the soup. The other order was wrong, had some type of noodle pasta dish (just noodles and nothing else) which was supposed to be the broccoli salad.
You guys need to do better with securing the bag and not just a 1-inch piece of tape. Did you forget my item or did the driver take it. Either way, we were very hesitant about eating the food.

First time and I am IN LOVE WITH CHICKEN SALAD CHICK. Even my 21month old enjoyed it. Everything is amazing the salads, sandwiches, my favorite soup is the potatoe soup but I love their chicken soup as well... can't say much about their spicy items because I cannot have them but everything else is amazing.

Would have been good if they would have put more chicken salad on the bread. Felt like it was a bread sandwich. Spent 46.00 on 2 sandwich meals. Didn't get the 2nd side and the sandwich didn't have much chicken salad at all. Couldn't even taste what little was on there. Definitely won't order again. What a waste of money.

Today as of 03/27/25 I ordered the Olivia's old south to-go, chicken salad is always good but this particular day the lady at the counter with no teeth only gives me 5 packs of crackers. Note: what can I only do with 5 packs of crackers? So I go back inn and ask for more so I realize she has a cracker in her hands eating crackers while she is ringing people up. Do she suppose to be working or on her break. So now I see why they are limited on crackers cause she eating them all. Will I come back to this location? Maybe! Do better chicken salad chick cause they actually do have great chicken salad.

I waited way too long to try this place out for the first time. I always thought "it's just chicken salad".. I was very very wrong

The Kickn Kay Lynne and Buffalo Barclay were fire!! This was our 1st time and the customer service was superb!!! Will definitely be going back to this location again and trying more!

Please stop underfilling the soup containers. And please check your syrup levels because I'm always getting flat drinks from here. Also, please double check all your orders. Multiple orders I've done with cookies, I'm only get one or none at all.
