I just love Chicken Salad Chick with all the selections, friendly service, and great atmosphere. I introduced CSC to my husband and he was so impressed that he got an extra scoop to go. I got the Jalapeño Holly and grape salad. It was such a fantastic combo. Big portions and full of flavor.

I will try to give it a second chance. But for a place that has mainly salads, I was disappointed that my salad was half way spoiled. However management was very accommodating & change it for a sandwich instead. ? we will see what happens next time.

I sent my daughter to pick up our order , previous order they forgot to give her 2 drinks , When she asked for them they told her you don’t have any drinks but she didn’t check receipt because she doesn’t like arguing. I check receipt as soon as she got home with order we were charged 2 drinks .I called to tell them about their mistake and they told me we will add you to our list asked for my name and phone # we will give them to you next order . Naive of me believing this??♀️ Today we placed an order for 4 people she tells them we have 2 drinks on list already paid for and Person attending to her rude as can be (claimed to be the manager ) was like they should have refunded us but they didn’t ? This is what they told us ? proceeds to hand her our order in a rudely manner but still didn’t give her the drinks. Of course she grab’s order and leaves . Oh and May I add that if you add extra ingredients to your order they never add them but we still get charged . Last time we order from this place . They need to upgrade their staff .

This is actually about the restaurant in Jackson, Tennessee. My friend took me there, singing it's praises. I was impressed! I got three scoops of my choices of their featured items; served on a large lettuce leaf with the freshest, crunchiest dill strip I had ever had. The food was excellent, service fantastic, and reasonably priced. I will definitely go there again!

I recently had hand surgery so when I went in to purchase some to go items today it was a little challenging.A young lady by the name of Alex, must have seen that I was struggling to hold everything and rushed over to help.Not only did she hold the items I was purchasing but also picked up the items I kept dropping, keys, umbrella, etc.She was extremely nice, helpful & full of personality.Customer service isn’t what it used to be in some places around town but once in a while you come across someone like Alex that just makes your day.
I love this place! My grandmother and I love chicken salad. So when we came across this place we fell in love before we stepped foot inside. The inside is super cute, basic. The service was friendly. The chicken salad was out of this world! Great food. Big portions with sides, for two people came out to 20$ bucks. What a deal! Super cheap compared to other restaurants that would've been over 30$ for two peoples' meals. I will be a frequent here.

The food is always delicious. The employees are courteous and efficient. The atmosphere is cheerful. It's a great place for a girl's lunch date! It's also conveniently located near lots of shopping (Wolfchase area) and is easily accessible from two I-40 exits.Parking: AdequateWheelchair accessibility: There is ramp access.
I was not in a good mood before I arrived at this location, and I was hoping that a little chicken salad and broccoli cheese soup would make me feel a little better. When I arrived inside, I left in an even worse mood than before. I did not like the fact that this location had all tables and no booths whatsoever. And no matter how hard I tried to find a seat, there was either someone's food sitting on the table, or the table has not been cleaned off at all. And I ended up leaving the location without even ordering anything. I will never again return to this CSC Bartlett location at any time in the future. Fail times infinity.
