I ordered the chicken crispers meal and it wasn’t eatable. I place an order online for pickup. When I arrive the young white lady was nice and polite which I appreciate. I always checked my food before I leave anywhere and sauce I didn’t receive my sauce for my order. I know you’re thinking it’s just sauce, but during these times I expect my order to be made to my liking. I informed her that I was missing my honey mustard which she went to go get for me, but came back with honey chipotle sauce instead 2nd orange flag for me right now. She finally comes out with the right sauce which I appreciate. I’m not sure if she was trying to be funny or not when she proceeds to say “good eye on that” referring to me noticing that I’m missing my sauce🙄 I shouldn’t have to have a good eye on my order that this restaurant prepared. I worked in the food industry for years and I completely understand when you forget things, but please pay attention to the small details they matter. When I arrived home the white cheddar mac and cheese was running like it wasn’t tasty🤮 at all it’s like they put queso over elbow noodles and called it macaroni. My chicken crispers/tenders were rubbery🤮. The only thing decent out of my entire meal was the honey mustard that I had to waited for and the fries. I’ve never had problems like this at the Cordova location. I choose the Wolfchase one because it’s closer to my home. I’ll never do that again. There also was this black woman with box braids who either was the manager or supervisor that was checking the food and orders for curbside pickup. Maybe this location should allow her to be over the curbside pickup because attention to details goes a long way and that woman was doing that to the other orders while I was waiting on the young lady to get my sauce.

The services weren't bad, typical chili's bar like environment. I was a bit taken back by what was described as Nachos that I ordered. The menu described chips,black beans, tomato,ground beef sour cream and cheese but what I received was chips with cheese baked on it, no beans or ground beef, or sour cream, it did have jalapeños and did not look or taste like classic nachos. The other items we ordered were great. The chicken and shrimp fajitas were great and the party platter with crispers, egg rolls and sliders tasted very good, the honey chipotle sauce is an absolutely delicious flavor.

With that - I could have gotten a better meal getting and making frozen food from Kroger down the street, and it would have also been the correct items. 2 items my party ordered just didn't arrive (but were certainly entered correctly given the bill), one order was missing fries, another the sauce. The salads had rubbery chicken, and the chicken crispers were dry and tough. The others in my party said their food was "decent". So, not resoundingly positive. Will assuredly not be returning.

Spent about $50 for me and my girlfriend, my food was made with the wrong toppings, and ended up spending 24 hours in a hospital with severe food poisoning. Not a great experience. The server was polite though

I ordered through uber eats and all my food was decent but my son got chicken crispers and he said dad i can chew this and my god the chicken was like chewing on a tire it was the worse I've ever had next time I'll just drive into millington because if you can't cook a tender right you got alot to work on stay away from this location. If you like your teeth.

Ate dinner tonight. Took more than an hour to get our food. Salad with dressing was inedible. Fajitas were not grilled or hot. There not many patrons in the restaurant so food prep should have not been an issue. We will not return.
