I only saw my waitress one time I ordered a drink and she never brought it so I went to the bar myself in the Girl work in the bar said that she had already poured it out because it just sat there melting for over 30 minutes! I learned my lesson please never tip any of these people or pay for your food in advance!

We arrived @915pm and staff had begun to close up. We waited 28mins before leaving and nobody ever came to take our order. The guy cleaning tables looked at his watch then at us and said sorry as he saw the look of disappointment on our faces. While we were beside the kitchen, the conversation was better than the lack of service we got. Way to make us feel irrelevant and unwanted. I use to ask why was all the chillis closing up bc ive been a fan for years.... thanks for indirectly answering my question. Great job Germantown parkway location.

The atmosphere and service at this Chili's was ON POINT today. First time at this restaurant chains location and I was impressed with the service and the food. I would recommend it for a quick, quiet and delicious lunchtime stop if you're ever in the area.

TJ and staff was very great 🤗 It was my cousins 13th birthday and we really enjoyed everything. It was fresh and came out in a timely manner. They showed him so much love with the birthday song and made sure that the eyes were on him. Thanks staff for the common courtesy 🙂 We will be back again and it's highly recommended.
The waitress was A1, I loved that she took her job seriously. She ensured that she informed the kitchen about all allergies, which kept us safe on my daughters birthday. They tried the cheese sticks and realized the cheesiness was crazy. I only had a burger and broccoli. However it was okay. Usually my service for food is not really good. My food was bland. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the kids did too.
