If I could give a zero I would. 45 minutes to get queso. Which only came after the entree came, and the manager made an excuse that the queso got dropped because yall moved tables. Which didn’t actually happen. Guys, this is an AIRPORT. You need to do it better and more efficiently than elsewhere. Be better.

My husband and I ordered food to go at the Chili’s airport location. The restaurant was empty, yet the cashier told us we were not allowed to sit and had to remain standing, even though many seats were available.
A female customer had to step in and tell us to please sit down. The cashier looked at us angrily and, when handing us our order, almost threw the food at us. His attitude was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction.
This was a very unpleasant experience, especially while traveling.

They charged me a $30 tip on a $52 bill. Don't trust them with your credit cards or receipts. I tipped $15, not $30.

Just read the other reviews, should have listened before going here. Salty as crap, nobody helps you till you look annoyed at waiting too long, ranch was as liquidy as water with white coloring and spices. Some not all of the strips were barely bigger than the ranch container. $25 later I'm good, prob go somewhere else

This place made me get the squirts and too add I got the squirts on my plane ride. No friends on a plane apparently. Do not eat here.

Honestly just find it outrageous it's an upcharge just to NOT put cheese on my burger (see picture). I can understand upcharge for adding cheese but I just wanted the burger without the cheese that already comes on it. That's saving you money but I'm being charged exrra for it😑

And for dessert, I had a Molten Chocolate Cake!

Absolute worst restaurant in the country. The menu isnt the full chillis menu, and they dont even have everything on their actual menu. The food was basically frozen TV dinners and the service was terrible. So much attitude from the wait staff. Never got a refill. Almost missed the flight waiting to pay.

Thee worst dining experience I’ve ever had lol. Took 30 minutes for food to come out, they forgot two dishes, after finally receiving 1 informed that they were out of honey chipotle, so I said, okay, I’ll just cancel the wings. I asked for a refill on water and a buffalo ranch at this time. Completely ignored. 15 mins later I ask again. I had to walk up because they NEVER come to your table. And she said okay. 15 minutes later never brought it. Absolutely the worst service I’ve received anywhere.

That was miserable. Food was fine. The restaurant, hot garbage. I was by myself, got seated and used the qr code to order. I had an hour before boarding 3 gates down. The website is awful, takes forever to load, adds double items, etc. Five minutes later I order simple chicken fajitas and strawberry lemonade. Lemonade comes fine. 40 minutes later I am still waiting on fajitas. I overhear another table “You’re out of tomatoes?!?”, server response, “yeah sometimes we are out of fries too. Fajitas arrive, no cold plate. Server promises cold plate. Five minutes later she goes back and makes it herself, and now lettuce is out too. I see into the kitchen from my seat, garbage and food all over the floors. I see a person walk back with the new bag of lettuce that noone could bother to get for my plate. Way worse than any Chilis and way worse than most airport restaurants.

I had a layover in Memphis so I had dinner at Chili's. I had a cheeseburger, French fries and a coke. It was so big I could not eat it all. It tasted great! Thank you!

Won’t even take your money because everyone’s on break

My bad, didn’t check the reviews before dining in. The service and food both were equally horrible. Not a great taste for boneless wings. Wouldn’t recommend eating there.

I was only person of color at the time and had to repeatedly ask for utensils while servers continues to revisit other white customers. Servers were visibly passed that I asked for the items.
I won't stop there again
