Rude and clueless - clueless and rude

I know it’s the airport but OMG. Service is terrible. They walk about with blinders on. Mia is great. The others… grrrrr

No service. No internet but orders can only be placed online.
Lots of waitresses but no one takes an order.

Stopped by for a quick lunch, it wasn’t the best food but it’s the airport and was good enough. We had burgers and mozzarella sticks. The service was good. Polite and attentive.

Awful food. The grilled chicken is sandy, doesn’t even taste like chicken - the salad was gross and it took over 45 min for me to get a drink and a salad. The waitress came up to me and asked if I’d cashed out on the app and then proceeded to say that’s why they couldn’t process my drink order - even though the app prompts you to pay. She was rude about it. …So….sorry I gave money? Awful meal and not nice staff. Would love a refund but it’s not even worth the stress to pursue one.

They don’t care here good luck getting seated luckily the bar tenders were half way decent luckily I wasn’t in a hurry to catch plane.

So 17May24 @ 1328 I went to this place. I waited to be seated. I was seated next to 3 load young ladies. I scan the qr code ordered my food but it said I needed to wait for the server. I waited patiently because i know there are staffing issues everywhere. I waited over 30 min and not one person came to ask me anything, no one person. They got the tickets from the 3 girls next to me. She talked to the guy in the other side of me but said not one word to me. I saw how they were interacting and other customers and what they said when they went to the kitchen (saying people are being impatient) I was seated facing the kitchen so I could hear. Being that this was my food I didn't want to say anything like the other people and something be done to my food. So at that point I just left. Even getting up leaving I was looking at by the employees and still no one ask me anything or said anything. This was HORRIBLE service and I think the worst I have ever encountered. If your going to the airport I highly recommend you eat somewhere else or be ready for horrible service. Bad thing for them is that I was just blessed with one of those "pay it forward" things were someone paid for a meal for me so I had $100 for an tip for the server. It sucks that they missed out on that blessing.

The food is pretty typical Chili's food, however my chicken sandwich did not come with the avocado it was supposed to and my husband's sandwich did not come with the pickles we paid extra for. He asked the server about the pickles, she said she would check and never came back. It was impossible to get her attention and the service was very disappointing.

If you ever find yourself in the Memphis airport go by Chilis and see Star. She is super friendly and will take care of all your needs. Today she seated me and told me she would take care of adding my drink to my order and all I had to do was add my food to my ticket online. She was very attentive to me and all the others seated in her area. Star is a good one…great job Star, thank you for taking care of me today!

Awful awful awful. I went to the Memphis airport chilis. Waited over 20 minutes for my to go order. I was ready to cancel when they brought something resembling what I ordered to me. I told him I ordered over medium eggs and he said they ran out. So I got the liquid scrambled crap. Supposed to come with potatoes. I had a plane to catch so couldn’t wait any longer. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. they only had one cook. I won’t go to another chilis. The last experience at another chilis was almost as bad. I won’t be so desperate in the future.

Don't come to this restaurant!! I tried it the 3rd time today, this one right here at the airport! the restaurant is empty, 4 serves, everyone is joking and laughing and no one comes to serve you, 12 minutes of sitting down, I called the server 3 times to place the order, she looked and commented to the others and no one answered me! I had to get up and leave the restaurant because no one served you!

Their menu at the bar is extremely limited. After I ordered a drink and wanted to order food she told me they were down all fried food. Pretty disappointed. Finishing my drink and getting food elsewhere since their limited menu pretty much went to nothing but soup and salad.
