I’ve been a fan of chings for a very long time during the highest highs and lowest lows. Me and my friends have literally eaten here for over a decade. When they used to have an amp to call out to go orders.With that being said, this was really upsetting experience. I understand mistakes happen but serving raw chicken as a restaurant is unacceptable. Even more so the hassle of getting a refund. I was told I’d have to bring the box back, to show a full picture, and that the chicken didn’t look like it came from their establishment so I’d have to bring it back (about 18 hours after I ordered it). Eventually I was given a refund, but the hassle and back and forth left a pretty bitter taste in my mouth. It wasn’t a customer preference or something that couldn’t be proved, it was a health issue, it wasn’t handled properly, and my brother got sick. Chings has great food, food so good that despite mediocre customer service, it’s managed to stay afloat and build a reputation as one of Memphis’ best nevertheless, this experience was the nail in the coffin

The black lady that takes orders is very rude, the way she rushes your order. If you take long to answer she blows her breath so rudely as if you’re wasting her time. I definitely do not recommend this place for first timers.

First time trying an Very DISAPPOINTING! Wings bland no seasoning on the meat… Onion Rings burnt looking with all this damn seasoning i DIDNT ASK FOR.. I wish all businesses stop doing that it should be optional some people dont eat their food like that…ASK FOLKS SO THEY WANT SEASON ONION RINGS..I ATE 1 wing an 2 Onions rigs thats broke all up.. smh folks just dont care how they serve pple.. but food high as hell for no reason..

fries and wings were soggy...tried the hot garlic parm and it lacked flavor.. the fries barely had season and weren't good. this food is far too expensive to have experienced it like that.
The atmosphere had an energetic yet relaxed feel, perfect for watching a game or having a meal.
