I got there at 10:05pm they don't close until 11pm so not for 55 mins and they acted like I was bothering them just being there. They were already closing and cleaning up. It was weird. Definitely didn't feel welcome and won't be back.

She was being racist to us and we’re talking Spanish and we ask can we translate for one of our friends who doesn’t speak English and she gave this looks and she talk to somebody else and say something. We heard what she said, but she was saying something racist.

Honestly this place isn't all that bad the food was decent but that is really all they have that was ok.
Here are the issues that they need to do be pick up on to become a better restaurant
1. Your employees have a bad attitude
Stop hiring people who isn't good with their customer service skills have discernment and hire people who likes working and being around people.
2. Cleanliness was bad They had pizza treys outside and inside leftover on the tables also some of the tables wasn't properly cleaned, at least have one employee going out into the dining area to clean the floors and tables when you see a certain amount of people leaving.
3. No greeting or acknowledgement of customers when entering restaurant
Saying welcome to chipotle would let customers know you see them and you will be with them right away or soon.
Other than that, it's pretty much it

Corporate and upper management need to investigate this location. Workers have an awful attitude from beginning of the line to the end. The employee became visibly upset/annoyed when we asked for one bowl and one burrito. She quite literally slammed the second bowl down to get the tortilla. What’s so hard about that? When I asked for vinaigrette the cashier told me they don’t have it anymore… so what are people eating with their salads? We used to frequent Chipotle but over time our visits have decreased due to the bad experiences we have: Will not be returning here or to any other chipotle.
