Really stingy. She was at “bottom of the barrel” with the chicken, and she was scraping the bottom for barely any chicken. Didn’t even add more of the new chicken on that bowl. Barely any protein/meat. The dismissive and rude attitude was the cherry on top.

I am compelled to formally express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing and egregious service deficiencies at the Chipotle location on Poplar. My previous experiences, including a recent incident, have demonstrated a pattern of unprofessional conduct and neglect that is completely unacceptable and indicative of a disregard for customer rights and basic standards of service. In a prior incident, I requested the name of an employee, and the store manager refused to comply with a legitimate request. Despite reporting the matter, the situation has not improved, and service has continued to decline.

During my most recent visit, I was third in line behind only one other customer, who had multiple orders. The manager with pink hair recognized me and instructed the employee who was initially serving us to step aside and take over the order herself. Instead of completing the transaction and promptly ringing me up, the employee chose on her own initiative to delay processing my order and finished the other customer’s multiple orders first. This unprofessional conduct resulted in my food cooling while she attended to the other customer’s orders. Frustrated by this blatant neglect and disregard, I decided to leave the store before my order was fulfilled.

It is clear that Chipotle is more interested in maintaining a physical presence than providing exceptional customer service. If the girl with pink hair is the best management can do, then it is a downhill trajectory from here. The behavior exhibited by the staff and management demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and a failure to uphold basic customer service standards. The dismissive attitude and superficial excuses offered by management only further highlight the store’s neglect of its customers and obligations under consumer protection laws.

This letter serves as a formal record of my dissatisfaction. I do not seek or request any response or further communication regarding this matter. If similar issues persist or recur, I will pursue all available legal remedies and report this conduct to the relevant regulatory authorities.

The worker yesterday around 7:51pm (time of purchase) she was a female with the number 30 hair that was on the line before you get to the worker that cashes you out …. horrible attitude and body language. It’s like she had somewhere to be other than work. I had a veggie bowl they were very skimp I had to ask for appropriate serving size. Then while checking out I seen a huge roach or water bug crawl across the floor. they whispered to each other and laughed about it. I purchased an organic lemonade 32 ounce. When I got to the machine none of them were cold all tasted spoiled…….. No compensation and No regard ……

Bad customer service and every time I come there, they always out of something. Also, some of the staff are unprofessional and rude. I don’t recommend anybody going to this location on Poplar Avenue.

I waited a really long time for them to finish cooking the fajita and then when I asked for it they said it was for the to go orders and they were not going to make anymore
And when I told them that I’ll just wait the lady was super rude yelling that THERE AINT GONNA BE NO FAJITAS
They could have just said from the beginning so I didn’t have to wait and coulda just went to a different location

I'm writing this review because, in my opinion, they've really tried hard to improve, and the results are paying off. On my first visit months ago, I'd have to say the place was pretty chaotic - food everywhere, the place needed cleaning, and they often ran out of things. While they're not perfect, the place is cleaner and the food quality is better. Good job to the staff at this Chipotle. I'll be going back.

got there an hour before closing and they didn’t have anything worth getting a bowl or burrito of. Seems to be a trend of this location “closing early” and “running out” of key proteins that have to be made instead of actually doing their job. I will be contacting their regional director for answers. No reason I should have to drive 10 minutes to another location to receive honest service.

I visited this Chipotle around 9:30 pm, well before their stated closing time of 11 pm, expecting a normal dinner. To my surprise, they were already out of key ingredients like brown rice, sour cream, and corn. When I asked for substitutes, the employees were outright rude and refused to offer any alternatives. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making the whole experience frustrating. It's unacceptable to run out of basic items so early and then treat customers poorly instead of trying to accommodate them. This kind of service really makes me reconsider coming back.
