They're out here serving people raw meat bad customer service the service act like the food is coming out of their pocke. A customer service is no help I reported that they served me raw meat and they still haven't refunded me my money they need to be canceled.

I have given this location several chances and once again got crunchy rice which to me is inedible. Will not be going to or ordering from this location again.

Worst chipotle in the Memphis area! My order is wrong every single time I go here. After this time, I feel a review is needed. This time my salad dressing was left out of the bag, no utensils included for my salad and the sour cream has chunks of other stuff in it? Pictured. Tells me they’re using one spoon for different things. GROSS. My salad had the TINIEST amount of lettuce, it looks like a burrito bowl not a salad. I pushed back all the toppings (with a togo utensil I had in my car, thanks to no utensils provided by this Chipotle) to see if I was somehow missing it but no, just a few pieces of lettuce in the bottom. Also pictured. Do not recommend this chipotle to anyone, the staff doesn’t pay attention to what’s on the order or check the orders before going out. Management needs to do some training.

It speaks volumes, it isn't often that I am blown away by the service, so much so that I can't even leave my parking spot without leaving a review! Went in today to pick up my online order and got the rudest customer service from the mid age woman with the light color hair cut. She barely acknowledged me and when my order was done she didn’t even sit it in my hand she left it on the work side of her counter and pointed to it. I felt uncomfortable and down after receiving my food

You shouldn’t be out of stuff for the rest of the night at 8:30pm if you close at 11pm. I can possibly understand 9:30pm. It makes you not even want to go eat chipotle after 6 because they won’t have the whole menu because they ready to close

This place is sometimes a hit or miss..my guy with the loose curls who always preps your order.. WHERE YOU ATTT??? He does my order RIGHT every time I walk in. At this rate I feel that he knows what I want as soon as he sees me..he deserves a raiseee.. the most recent time I walked in I received 2 pitiful scoops of rice and barely a scoop of steak.. I had to look at my invisible camera in disbelief.. because ain’t no way you gon short me like that.. by the time I received my order the amount of SPACE that was in that bowl was disheartening and I didn’t even take a bite out of it yet. Only reason I let it pass was because I was using my free entree reward.

As soon as you entered, around 9pm, the cook informed a line of customers that it would be 20mins for chicken to be cooked. A few people left to go to another location near the mall. While most of everyone else waited. I guess this ticked off the young lady making/taking the orders. After maybe 30mins, the chicken was ready and she began taking the orders with a nasty attitude. She was also going off on the her coworker for no reason. Just rude. Chicken was a bit burned and white rice is like ROCKS! 1 bite and my entire $50 order for my family was shelved in the refrigerator. ZERO STARS! Go to another location.
