I politely turned around and walked out. No queso, no veggies. You can tell no one has wiped a counter down in hours. As older, should be, more seasoned women working in there.. I expect that from some lil girls. Do better

I had an amazing experience here I was picking up an Uber delivery today and the staff is just amazing!!! I had to take a five seconds to leave a review 🥰 I would definitely come back and I definitely recommend to others 👏🏻👏🏻 good job, chipotle!!!

I had ordered catering for a birthday party for the first time with Chipotle—And it was incredible. The packaging was superb, they put the warm foods and cold foods in different boxes. The food was tightly packed and secure. They even walked it all to my car with enthusiasm and kindness.

I recommend them to everyone now! I’m so glad they opened to catering because it’s a time saver! And a delicious buffet for my guest.

This is my first time going to Memphis in the daytime and I think they were very organized. Only thing I did not like a pan of food is getting low. It will take a fresh pan. Mix the rest of the pan into the new pan training the new onesI had a lot of sour cream on the last chicken bowl I ordered. I should have been paying a little bit more attention, but burritos are massive my first one.

I would like to thank the team working today!! November 3, 2025 around 11:30. I have never had a more positive experience at this location. They seemed to be understaffed and overworked, yet they all had great attitudes! Only one employee was able to work the line, from the start of order to checking you out at the register. This employee remained pleasant, welcoming, and helpful to special requests. Thank you for a great chipotle experience!

Food was cold, meat was tough, the serving area was messy. Presentation was horrible. I wasted my money, had to throw out my food. Extremely disappointed

The food service counter where they make the food was a mess. In the self service drink nook area, the floor was wet, as well as the drink bar. The silverware was not covered, napkins were on the floor, and there were either gnats or flies flying in the restaurant. The dining area also had napkins on the floor and the tables looked like they had not been cleaned for a while.

The service was fair. I was greeted when I walked in. The ladies fixing my food and the cashier were all very pleasant. The only thing I would like to bring to attention, was that the young lady fixing my rice and meat was chewing that gum like it was going out of style.

For the little bit that I did manage to eat, it was ok. I cannot eat spicy food and for whatever reason, there were spicy spots in my food. My guess is that they dished the spicy sauce over some of the other food.
