So every time I go to this place!! they out of brown rice, black beans, veggies and even some protein meat it never fails… I have went at all different times of evening and late evening… then they only give certain customers half a spoon of meat and others servers give two scoops of meat….and I know because I’m right there when they say what they ordering…I only pay attention because I’m always getting half of portion out of my protein and it’s an issue…I’m spending money like everyone else… then hardly get the portion that comes with it…I ask the young man that gave me not even what I’m supposed to get why the other server given them two scoops…he said he don’t know then he ask her she said she always do two this is on more than numbers of times..I always ask why do some people get two spoons and I hardly get the whole spoon they never know why… So the customers all need to be treated equally when serving food… and I like chipotle but the food servers are not doing a good job!!!that’s goes for even setting food up they waste it on counter top put it back in the food containers…. That’s not good at all…I’ll skip that food item cross contamination nope I’m good on that!!! The cooks can never keep up whether it’s day time rush or just a normal line always out of something… I should have been wrote this review numbers of times but today is the day… Please correct these issues!!!!

I came in at 8:30 the short red head manger says she's not open on the inside . I had to order on uber eats instead and wait an extra 30 minutes to get my Food & it still wasn't red. The cook that was in the back looked zoned.
I understand. Every job may be hard but you do know what you applied for. So giving others a hard time knowing what you signed up for Just to be lazy is ridiculous I say serval people turned around just for them to order via app & the order still wasn't ready. I had to spend way more on uber eats than I would've if they would've just let me order in instead :/

Staff overcharged my daughter for free items and bragged about tipping themselves when they thought she left. This was very uncomfortable and extremely disappointing to say the least ....

Horrible service. Never have fresh meat or rice. Employees are rude. Bathroom disgusting. Nothing good at all. Hope this place gets better but if I could I would give it a negative 5 stars.
Was told at 9:15 they are not taking inside orders for the rest of the night and was refused service. They also told me I could not place a carry out order online. Food look fully stocked and it was not close to closing time so pretty disappointed with this experience as I eat here often and have never had this before.
Maybe I’ll try other chipotle locations for the time being or choose somewhere else to eat since this one close to home for me seems like it needs to get it together….

Went to there yesterday about 5:00 to get some food I like the bowl chicken most of the time but this time when I got my orders the rice was very undercooked the rice was crunchy it was awful couldn’t take it back I was already at home I was very hungry but I couldn’t eat it I just ate the top part first time I’ve every had a bad experience I will go back but had to let you know about time and only this time and my purchase was $32.87.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Rice was very crunch, jalapenos weren't chopped, romaine pieces were the size of a hot dog, and boxes all over the store. Food prep area was super messy. Won't be back

This location has just gone down. The employees are usually rude, they're always out of food items, and it's always dirty in the food prep area. Third and last time I've walked out because they were out if staple items. I will not return to this store until issues are resolved.

They are very unprofessional very Dirty and they are rude. If I was the owner, I would start getting rid of a lot of people he or she needs to do a Undercover boss it is very horrible here and dirty and they always run out of food every day

Really disappointing experience this afternoon. The entire operation felt slow and disorganized, and the staff member working the line had a noticeably negative attitude throughout. After waiting over 30 minutes for a simple order, the employee stated she was the only one there, which didn't feel like an appropriate response to a customer who'd already been waiting a long time. The employee shifted the line, and the wait would have been even longer if dissatisfaction had not been voiced. She also mentioned offering a free drink because of the delay, then changed her mind once frustration was voiced, which came off as petty and unprofessional. In the past, Chipotle has been a delightful and delicious experience, but today this location completely missed the mark.
Pretty average Chipotle. Workers were friendly and very quick. The food at this location was a little lower quality than others I had but maybe it was just a one time thing. Definitely reccomend ordering online/ahead when super busy because they can get backed up. But when not busy I was in and out super quick.

First off they were spraying cleaning spray right beside the meat. Everyone working here including the managers are very rude. You have a 20 people in here working but no one actually attending the customers. Then when they finally make time to serve the customer they have an attitude like it’s not their job. Please get a whole new staff in here!
PSA!!!! Eat at another chipotle if you want to enjoy your meal in peace !! The tall brown skin short haired female manger needs to be FIRED expeditiously l. She is extremely nasty and rude to paying customers and her team is noticeably intimidated by her attitude and lack of people skills. Watching a person be serviced. If this is so why is there not a sign placed up with this disclaimer and the doors locked. There were three employees including the rude manager. The line prep associate was willing to serve me considering that I was standing in this establishment with my funds in hand ready to pay. He was irritated that he had to turn people away per management request. When he explained to me that they were only servicing online orders I immediately asked for the manager and she came around snapping and rolling her neck as if she was talking to one of her friends. Even after explaining that I have been turned away once before at this location earlier in the month, she became argumentative saying she is only talking online orders because her manger told her that was to be done due to the location being short staffed. And as an exception she will make my bowl. After all that I left and went to the Summer location. She made my experience so negative that I wasn’t even hungry anymore, so I am sitting here with a huge bowl half eaten, typing a review using energy that could have been used to enjoy my bowl. Also there were people in the lobby who were a witness to this situation. The poor customer service and lack of people skills from management will run this location in the ground. At 9:40pm there is no reason why you should be turning people around who are walking in your facility to spend money for food that chipotle services until 11pm. It’s unprofessional and a disgrace to have people like this as the face of the company! Find NEW AND IMPROVED MANAGEMENT TODAY!!! People like that lady makes you dislike the BRAND AS A WHOLE!! And I’m sending this same review to corporate!
Imagine the money being lost after turning numbers of customers away who coming to spend at least 15 plus dollars. Get her out of there !!
I've been here twice. It's never really late when I go. But both times they were only taking online orders.
