Vegetarian options: The sofritas are really good if you don’t eat meat. You can also just get a bowl with veggies and it’s delicious.

I placed a pickup order through DoorDash, spent over $20 on my bowl, and was completely disappointed. I specifically requested extra chicken and vegetables, but neither was included. It seems like no one at this location follows directions anymore. The way this place is being managed is unacceptable. Corporate needs to investigate this issue immediately. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service at this location.

Not a very large parking lot, there is a drive-thru, not many seats, narrow entrances, located in the center, which is very convenient. The portion was large. The products seem fresh, the salad turned a little yellow, but not critical, also, the guacamole darkened. 🥑

I go to this place at least, Two to three times a week. But today was horrible. The lady with the gold teeth & Always have a bad attitude ruined it for me. I asked her for a bowl. She started to fix it & I told her I wanted Sour Cream. She just walked away & Started helping a customer. Rude! So when she walked back over,I told her I wanted Queso. She stated it would be an extra charge. I replied, I know. She became rude saying well I was just telling you, It’s not a problem while sliding the bowl as if she was irritated. So I told her I didn’t want the bowl & Started walking out. As I was walking away she was mouthing off. She never smiles & Just gives off negative energy. All the other staff has always been pleasant. I won’t be going back there anymore. She ruined it for me.

I can put up with a slow moving line, but this union Avenue location is filthy and the management is so rude. I got my child a build your own taco and she gave me a sprinkle of cheese in one of the three slots you get to fill. When I asked for more, she said I get what I get. And then when I said I didn’t want that meal at all then she literally threw the food container with all my food in it. Got really loud with me at the register. I will never return to this location. I will make the drive to Millington.

Worst location in their footprint. Always out of everything and I swear my 12.00 burrito was 3 inches long. Never again. So much better out there than this. App deleted. It’s garbage too.
This was the worst chipotle I have been to. We tried it for the second time last night to give it another shot and they were out of cheese and steak 2 hours before closing, rice tasted bad and had no flavor, chips were stale, no ice, no lemonades or the mixed drinks that aren’t fountain, and employees did nothing to ease the frustrations of customers, only upcharged to get queso despite lack of cheese and it wasn’t even good. We will be driving 30 min to get to the second closest chipotle for now on because this place was not worth it. Please don’t go here, we love chipotle but this is not a good one. Chipotle corp: please help them.

Please someone from corporate send this location some help. Please. At 11:00am on a Friday I arrived to Chipotle to 3 people standing outside because the door was locked. The service is terrible. The online orders are never ready or on the SHELF. This location has been like this for months. Will it get better or do I have to drive across town to another Chipotle?
