Went in here and someone spilled queso on the floor near the register, which is no big deal on its own, but all the employees just ignored it and kept stepping over it. Another time I saw a worker tie her shoes and immediately handled food after, didn’t even bother to change gloves.

They are very unprofessional and act like they don’t want to fix your food when u literally are only scooping food and they are loud and boisterous even when customers are in the store. A very ghetto experience if you ask me and they never have barbacoa

My food was not accurate. I barely had any meat on my quesadilla. It didn't taste the same, It was majority cheese. Highly disappointed and pissed since I had door dashed the exact thing Saturday and it was made right. Highly don't recommend getting food at this location after a certain time. It was nowhere near closing when I ordered my food so it was no excuse.

I love Chipotle. However, we have to do a better job with orders online. Chipotle forgot my vinaigrette dressing and avocado dip. That means I paid for it and you didn't pack it. This angers me deeply. Yall please do better.

Really great chipotle!! Super clean, staff is very friendly.
Vegetarian options: The sofritas are really good if you don’t eat meat. You can also just get a bowl with veggies and it’s delicious.

I placed a pickup order through DoorDash, spent over $20 on my bowl, and was completely disappointed. I specifically requested extra chicken and vegetables, but neither was included. It seems like no one at this location follows directions anymore. The way this place is being managed is unacceptable. Corporate needs to investigate this issue immediately. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service at this location.

Not a very large parking lot, there is a drive-thru, not many seats, narrow entrances, located in the center, which is very convenient. The portion was large. The products seem fresh, the salad turned a little yellow, but not critical, also, the guacamole darkened. 🥑
The service line never have what I want on the line always have to wait for food to be cooked

I go to this place at least, Two to three times a week. But today was horrible. The lady with the gold teeth & Always have a bad attitude ruined it for me. I asked her for a bowl. She started to fix it & I told her I wanted Sour Cream. She just walked away & Started helping a customer. Rude! So when she walked back over,I told her I wanted Queso. She stated it would be an extra charge. I replied, I know. She became rude saying well I was just telling you, It’s not a problem while sliding the bowl as if she was irritated. So I told her I didn’t want the bowl & Started walking out. As I was walking away she was mouthing off. She never smiles & Just gives off negative energy. All the other staff has always been pleasant. I won’t be going back there anymore. She ruined it for me.
