Lil girl with the ugly purple hair proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have anything for us. I told her the man behind her just brought out chicken. She told me that the chicken has not been cut yet. If she didn’t want my service or money they could have had a sign to say so but instead it’s 8:00pm in a Wednesday and the big asx sticker on the window says closes at 11:00pm. Her lazy asx is gonna have to do some work between now and then. It’s upsetting that I felt that I couldn’t be helped. Please get your staff and their salty asx attitudes together. Totally disgusting lil purple hair, bad makeup and horrible asx eyelashes. Baby you are not better than anybody lil gremlin. Zero stars if possible

Dear Chipotle Management,I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your establishment yesterday. As a regular customer, I have always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at Chipotle, but my recent experience has left me feeling embarrassed and underserved.Yesterday, I visited your store and ordered a burrito without queso cheese. However, I was shocked when the manager, who I believe goes by the name Aaron, insisted that I had requested queso on my burrito. Despite my repeated assurances that I did not add queso, she continued to argue and even instructed the cashier to charge me for it.I politely asked her to verify with the staff member who prepared my order, and they confirmed that I did not request queso. Despite this confirmation, the manager made a loud and humiliating remark, implying that I was attempting to receive free items. This was not only embarrassing but completely unwarranted, as it was proven that I did not add queso to my order.Furthermore, I was dismayed by the overall state of the store during my visit. It was only three hours before closing, yet the store was a mess and had very low stock of various ingredients. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she dismissively stated that she didn't care and that the day was ending. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and professionalism, regardless of the time of day.I left your store feeling belittled and embarrassed over something as simple as a burrito order. As a business professional myself, I understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my recent visit to Chipotle.I sincerely hope that you will address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that incidents like this do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Y'all need a better person with a better attitude to wrap burritos and make bowls. Serving people with a negative energy is never good. Don't work here if you can't deal with the public. They act like they don't want to talk at all. I'm not coming back if nothing changes because I don't time for all that negative energy. It's demonic and I ain't with it!! The food was amazing because of the cooks but the ladies in the front need to get it together or don't work there.

They consistently have only ~50% of the menu available at any given time. Don’t go here — they need the time to cook. Unless you just want sour cream. They give more than enough of that.

Very disappointed from the outside of the place isn’t well taken care of phone is trash last night I visit I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the food white rice was serving with no cilantro or salt the steak was not tasty fresh of the grill still undercooked wasted a whole 30 minutes for a nasty food even a side of vinegar I was charged for I would never go there anymore that place need new management to take care of it front glass all dirty especially all the way on top never again wasted my time and money

I just a got a bowl for the first time ever, it was better than I expected. A lot of people say it's not authentic Mexican food. But, it's still pretty tasty. I like trying new things.Vegetarian options: I don't know much, I only went once. But there's plenty of veggies. And plenty of cheese and sour cream.
