My favorite location to go to in the city. Service is always fast and workers are very pleasant. They don't seem annoyed to be there like other locations.

While checking out the cashier took the lid off of my bowl with NO gloves to see what was on the bowl, & then proceeded to try to fit the lid back on. I never seen that before, very unprofessional and unsanitary. Why not ask your coworkers who are making the food?

This was my first time ordering from this Chipotle and will definitely be the last. I didn't even get to eat my lunch (burrito bowl) because both the bag and the bowl it came in were completely soaked through to the bottom. I took maybe one step and all my food fell through the bag and onto the ground. and the bowl was not sealed properly either because more than half of my burrito bowl spilled out onto the ground. so the burrito bowl is completely inedible. I reported this issue as well and was told my feedback would be delivered to the estate to help improve future service. Like, really?! I at least thought I’d be refunded or even just credited for the bowl! But again, I was informed that this wasn't possible. Needless to say, I am very upset and disappointed with the outcome after I took the time to report what happened. Needless to say, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone — not even my worst enemy.

personally I won’t be back here . I briefly asked for a very little of hot salsa and the women drenched the bowl in salsa after repeating what I said to me . I ask for a remake after it was clearly to hot for me to eat , and they said they would have to charge me again which I think is bs, because why not just follow instructions?

I did an online pickup order. The order was on time and my food was perfect! The ingredients are fresh and everything i asked for on my burrito was there in every bite (evenly distributed ingredients, not lumped on 1 side). This place cares about quality!

There is a chipotle hack where you can ask for double or more scoops of everything except meat, guacamole, and queso for no extra cost. This is the first place to actually get me a second tortilla wrap to keep all the ingredients from spilling on me when I opened the burrito. Overall it is fairly small area but it is also nice, clean, and vibrant. Overall, the service was great and the staff was laughing about how big the burrito was, the burrito was delicious, and it was comfortable and inviting.
My go to chipotle order: Chicken burrito Double scoop of white rice Double scoop of black beans All three salsas Double scoop of corn Double scoop of pepper mixture Double lettuce
