Let me preface this review with a bit of backstory. I haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese location in over 30 years, and I was honestly dreading the experience based on childhood experience. My kids were invited to a friend's birthday party and I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised all around. The workers were friendly, helpful and on point with testing the machines, with most everything functioning properly. They were even quick on cleaning up behind people, making a chaotic kid's experience not feel dirty and nasty. The pizza was decent and there were no creepy animatronics, which was a huge relief lol! Even though the place was packed and was sensory overload, to say the least, my family had a lot of fun. Chuck E. Cheese has definitely upped their game over the decades. If you've got kids that need to use up some energy, don't hesitate to bring them here for some fun.

It started off good but we had to wait 2 to 3 hours and still didn’t get any food it was taken so long that we wasn’t fixing to stay another hour or so

Went there for a birthday party, and my wife and I got salad and wings on the side. The salad wasn't fresh. The salad bar wasn't clean, and the salad dressing dripped into other dressing. The wings were small and overcooked

Some of the games were broken and I ordered a birthday package but it took so long to get help because they had one person at the register that by the time they got to me it was 42 mins after my quoted time and they did not care they kicked us from our reserved section an hour later

Plan on having a birthday party at this location ? It’s the worse decision to make ! Very unprofessional! Didn’t acknowledge birthday party girl or anything !!! Not worth the money for birthday packages period !!! They didn’t even provide everything that suppose to be listed with the birthday package deal online !!!! Update you guys website & stop false advertising

We took my five-year-old granddaughter there for her birthday party today and we were there 27 years ago for my daughters fifth birthday party and nine years ago for my 14-year-old granddaughters 5th birthday party. Each time we were there everything was wonderful and everyone had a great time. Great place for a party.

Good food, clean food station and most importantly the cleaning staff was on point to keep the machines wiped down.
Kid-friendliness: I like that the staff showed patience with the children as they enjoyed the establishment.
Do not trust that they will not let your child out the door because they let our 5 year old out without an adult.

Wasn't too crowded, all the machines worked and you paid for unlimited time ,great for little ones birthday party maybe up to 10 years old, fun and challenging games.

Anyone can come in and grab a child they don’t stamp hands anymore there is no security it is simply unsafe. This is a disaster waiting to happen.
