I had to give a star to give a review. I'm so mad right now. I was there at 7:10 p.m. today on my way to work. As I was ordering in the drive thru, I was told they were only accepting correct change. I ordered 10 chicken tenders and a large macaroni and cheese. I get to the window and the young lady asked me what my order was and I told her, and she proceeds to confidently pass me a bag. The total was $18.??. I gave her a $20 and told her to keep the change. I was trying to make it to work and didn't check it. I'm just getting a chance to take a lunch break and open my bag to find a 3-piece dark with mashed potatoes and gravy, and a biscuit, and 3 individual macaroni and cheese containers. I saw the 3 containers on top when she passed me the bag and I figured they were out of large containers, as they sometimes are. They didn't give me a receipt. I looked online for the phone number to call them and there wasn't one. It's always something at this Elvis Presley location. I stopped patronizing them years ago. I would go just about every week, until there were too many visits where they were out of this, or out of that, so I quit wasting my gas and time. The wait is too time consuming BIG TIME for that! Just ridiculous!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Gave me cold shitty chicken sandwich never will come back again

I drove from Nesbit MS because the location in Whitehaven didn’t have spicy chicken, no rice, no mashed potatoes, no macaroni and no hot sauce. When we got to Bellevue they didn’t have spicy chicken, no Cajun rice, no hot sauce or honey!!!!! Everything we asked for they did not have!! The young lady asked me to pull to the parking lot after I paid $32.70 and then came back to my car and asked me what we ordered. This is why I don’t eat outside of my own kitchen!!! The only reason I came to Church’s was because my mother wanted this! Each and every time I try to support restaurants in these areas I get terrible service or my order isn’t right! However, we come because the food is good! All I’m saying is get it together people!!!

They are unprofessional and the manager is rudest. They never have the food you want but want to make you buy the food they have . . The people in this establishment are dirty and don’t have great customer service… I really hope they can change the staff.

I like churchs chicken but their customer service at this location sux. They constantly messing up your order. I can see it if they are crowded but 3x, 3 different days, im the only one at the restaurant. Im in drive thru you tell me 2 pullup 4 wht? So you can keep giving me half my order, really. If you dont wanna work or cant read and follow up go back home.
