My goodness, I ordered a 3pc combo and only received 2/3 pieces of chicken..I also ordered chicken sandwiches and they were overcooked as well were the fries 🍟 and an apple pie that turn out to be Lemon cheesecake? 🤮 a bit disappointing but I guess that’s what I get for ordering fast food after 4 years should’ve known better.

I didn't like that my 28 piece shrimp had half hot and the other half was cold. I didn't like how hard and dark my biscuits was. I DIDNT like how dry my mashed potatoes was...And I didn't like that the young man (with medium two strand twist) who fixed my food keep gesturing for me to leave the window and didn't come to see what I wanted...I had to yelling through the window for him to come back and notice my order wasn't completely given to me...instead of waving for me to get out of line...He should of came back to the window to find out why I was sitting there...

We went to this restaurant today. This is the worst experience I have had in a long time!!! I ordered a two piece updates the total was $20.57. I wish I could get my money back I got a wing and breast. I got a large rice. The rice was dry and undercooked, my chicken was dry. They are always out of something. The floor was sticky, and by the restroom everyone's shoes was stacked up. They acted like they didn't want to be there. I will never go there again so sad.
