The cashier ran out of patience while working drive thru around 9pm. We order 2 orders of 10 pcs and were told by cashier we only heard one order and made us go back around to the speaker and told us it will be a 15 minutes wait on chicken. We paid and waited and we decide we wanted another order 2 pc before ordering we heard got damn and we still placed our order. Last unprofessional event was while waiting for our order and it was ready she hollered very loud to come get our order. After receiving our oder it was incorrect....My suggestion is pay employees more money and you will get a better quality employee which will bring the company more revenue and better decision-making on speaking to custoners, pulling car up and making cars go back around because of the employee mistakes.

Why do they even change it to the home of the Texas Chicken because it is disgusting! First of all it was cold. The cashiers were very rude they were slow and there was nobody in the line but me so why didn't I get fresh chicken And why did it have no taste that should have just left it alone and kept Texas chicken in Texas!!! Never again will I waste my money on this Church's Chicken location I'll go to the hood where I know it's still the same Church's Chicken greasy and hot and the people that work there are usually more professional and have a personality to go along with the fire ass food!

They are the worst place to eat at they don't listen and they make your order wrong and the girl at the window don't know how to put in orders correctly , she try to hand you anything , they just need to shut it down , and hire new people 🤬
Charge my card for bombers but never received them. Call several times to let them know no one answered. Will be going back to Elvis Presley this is the second time they messed up my order somehow. Only came to this one because it was close to the area I was in at the time.

Ordered a 12 piece, some of the chicken was old and not fried all the way. Chicken was dry and tasteless. Fries were cold and old. Some of them were black and brown, just awful. The pepper pack had soggy soft peppers. I paid over 34.00 for a meal no one wants to eat. I stopped patronizing Church’s once they changed; and for certain I made the right choice. I phoned the place but no one answered. This is the Church’s on Airways close to expressway. I am sending this to Corporate.

Very rude staff member wouldn't give mobil order until I confirmed I told there was no confirm button had to go get my phone take it in and she had to look and see there was no conform button just to go oh yeah and hand the food rolling eyes w9nt be back ever.. shut it down
