I went to the Perkin location in Memphis, after church and was looking forward to enjoying my meal. Once I got comfortable and started to eat, I pulled apart my drum stick and it was red inside/ not done completely. So I pulled apart of my wing and it was the same. At this point I was disappointed, cause I was hungry. I have frequent this store before and received good hot chicken. I was so out done I didn't finished it nor did I take it back. I put it back in the box and kept it in the refrigerator with intention on taking it back the next day along with the receipt. I had so much to do that day that I forgot to take back. I just decided to cut my lost. I do want you'll to know that I still like the location and will try again. Hopefully that was just a one time mistake. I'm giving a 1 for food and 5 for service and atmosphere. The picture was taken the day after refrigerated.

I've eaten at this Church's Chicken location for years.. having experienced much of a bad issue with food or service... Keep up the good work!
Terrible customer service. I went to this Church’s Chicken expecting a quick and easy experience, but instead I was met with disrespect from the manager, Shaneka. She was rude, unapproachable, and didn’t seem to care at all about the issue I brought to her attention. When I asked for help correcting my order, she brushed me off with an attitude. No apology, no solution. If this is how management treats customers, I can’t imagine how the rest of the staff feels. Very disappointing.
