Church's Texas Chicken

On my visit, staff repeatedly talked in the background while taking my drive-thru order. I had to repeat myself 3 times because of this. Once I arrived at the window & received my order, I checked my order before leaving. Condiments were not put into my order as previously communicated. As I attempted to get the attention of staff to reask for condiments, they just looked me as if I wasn't trying to get their attention. Once I did get the person at the window's attention she was frowned up in the face. This location has rude & unaware staff. They need to be retrained on customer service. Horrible customer service!

The restaurant was open but the doors to go inside were locked. The drive through was open though. We wanted to go inside but we couldn't.

The chicken was fresh and hot. The Cajun Sparkle gives it flavor

I drove from Nesbit MS because the location in Whitehaven didn’t have spicy chicken, no rice, no mashed potatoes, no macaroni and no hot sauce. When we got to Bellevue they didn’t have spicy chicken, no Cajun rice, no hot sauce or honey!!!!! Everything we asked for they did not have!! The young lady asked me to pull to the parking lot after I paid $32.70 and then came back to my car and asked me what we ordered. This is why I don’t eat outside of my own kitchen!!! The only reason I came to Church’s was because my mother wanted this! Each and every time I try to support restaurants in these areas I get terrible service or my order isn’t right! However, we come because the food is good! All I’m saying is get it together people!!!

Ordered thru the app. My receipt on the bag is correct but they just gave me what side they wanted to add left off my extra biscuit.

Every single time I go there for the last couple of months they always leave something off my order. Mind you I'm ordering food for 8 kids and 2 adults every time I order the grande meal and a 10 piece. My chicken is always short, last time it was 12 short this time it was 2 piece short and no biscuits after I sat in there dam near 30 min waiting on my order. This has to stop I would like to be compensated for mishap orders.

When my mom and I came in. There were about 6 or 7 more customers in line. No one acknowledge any of the customers!! Then one guy decided to tell everyone that the lobby was closed! Literally all these customers in line and they decided not to say anything until minutes later! I've never seen an establishment ran with such disgrace! One lady was on the phone with someone telling them she's about to leave. They were just unprofessional. but I don't expect anything different from that location. However, something needs to be done

The tenders and French fries were freshly cook. Ty the cashier was very friendly and pleasant. The apple pies did not have icing on them like the ones in St. Louis. Overall a good experience

Worst church's to go to.waiting over 45 minutes and still shorted my food i ordered 16 piece got 12 ...only 6 biscuits when I supposed to got 8 ..then the sides ain't even enough for everyone to get some.

Each and every time I come to this Church’s (or any other sites) they are never prepared for service. Today I arrived at 10:49 a.m., and asked for spicy chicken combo. Of course, they didn’t have any spicy chicken (although this is the beginning of the day). Why even have it on the menu when you’re never going to have it available for purchase?

Not only did they not have any spicy chicken nor tenders, but I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and a spicy chicken wrap, and a reg. order of fries. It’s currently 11:02 am and the car sitting in front of me, was already moved up and parked when I pulled up, but has yet to receive their food. How does this happen at the beginning of the work day? I’m not understanding how there is almost a twenty minute wait on my order, and they opened at 10:00 a.m. Not only that, I get my food and my fries are lukewarm like they’ve been sitting a while. No napkins in the bag. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I will be going to Popeyes from now on.
