You place your order at the window ( drive thru ) then you pull around and wait....i waited so long i had forgot i ordered food, had to think bout why i was just sitting up there then they never even cooked the food so i had to wait all over again, it was about 8 vehicles all over the lot just waiting

Lively atmosphere: colorful scheme with upbeat music. Clean tables and chairs, floor, restrooms. Smelled delicious. Friendly employees. Other customers were friendly, too. Not a lot of seating. More a joint to eat at for one or two people on the go than a family vibe. I only saw ones guy dining in. The rest of us were take out orders, which were expedited quickly enough. Mine was corrected. Everything as ordered, placed nicely in the bags and napkins and silverware were not forgotten. Great experience.
So this visit will be the last. I placed my order - 2 pieces of chicken with a biscuit and pepper. Total is $3.83. Handed the cashier a $5. She gave me a $1 change. I asked where is the .17¢ ?? The cashier said ' I haven't had any change ALL DAY '. So no one went to bank?? Management?? General manager??And if you didn't give me my change; what did you do with it?????

The food display menu that's outside for the drive thru needs updating, the young lady that took my order was very nice and changed it at the window for me.

Make no mistake, church’s chicken is world class when it comes to chicken, and that’s why this review isn’t a one star. But the drive thru mic was borderline incomprehensible for both parties, and somehow they’re out of napkins. Left utensils out of order, so I wonder if they’re running low on those too. They wanted $2.79 for a cup of ice water… at least the cashier gave us the heads up before we ordered that. I don’t understand how such a great product can have such a poor operational structure… how do you run out of napkins selling such juicy fried chicken off the bone? I’ll try another location but steer clear of this one.A lot of reviews mention the staff’s nasty attitude, which I can confirm, but I can’t imagine I would be able to muster up a great attitude working at a fried chicken place with all these problems. There’s a serious, systemic problem that I can only assume the poor customer service is a symptom of.

They wanted exact change. Had to wait on my meal. Wasn't informed that they didn't have the strips ready until I had already paid. If your in a rush this place is not fast food.
