Yesterday the food i received was hot and fresh. Sycamore view location normally has fresh food. I think the grease needs to be changed more often. Other than that it's my number 1 place for chicken. I pick churches over Popeyes and Kentucky.

Me and my sister went to this location around 8 today. First the inside was closed so went to the drive through. The young girl at the window was rude on the speaker yelling at me about my total and then when I asked her for honey and sprinkles she lied in my face and told me they didn't have anymore when I seen plenty of them behind her in the back.... that was just pure laziness

Their customer service is terrible. I love the chicken recipe, but not enough to spend money on an establishment that doesn’t care enough to provide decent service. Every time I come here they have attitudes. I went tonight approximately 6:30p and originally asked for the 16 piece meal, she did inform me it will be a 20 minute wait. I decided against the wait and went with a 4 piece meal instead. Got to the window and asked to just go with the 16 piece and I’ll wait, the cashier gave me attitude and told me I would have to go back around the drive thru and reorder. Funny thing is I have a choice on where I spend my money, so I just left and went to Popeyes. This establishment needs a reality check, customer’s is what keeps your establishment open, we can go anywhere for some chicken. Sad establishment

If I could do zero stars, I would every time I come to this location they disappoint me every single time in this was the last time I wanted the Texas feast which is a two piece leg and thigh a biscuit and a pepper I get to the speaker . I asked if I can get two legs, the answer was no then I get to the window. She tells me they only have one leg in original and the rest spicy, I asked for original why not tell me when I’m ordering that y’all are out of original instead of giving me the last piece of the original that was full of oil and soggy then the spicy was warm not hot. I should have just sat there and waited for 17 minutes. she told me that the original will take every time I come to this location. They don’t have hot sauce. They don’t have biscuits. They don’t have this. They don’t have that this location should just shut down at this point.

Coworker shared her Church's chicken from this location with me and it was the best ever!! I almost never ate fried things for about 20 years because my oldest had serious issues with fried foods. But this chicken was light, crispy, and JUICY!! I'm hooked 😋 Haven't been inside .... hopefully y'all are nicer than what some of the reviews say 💖 Manager's .... be careful about hiring amazing people ✨️ CORPORATE .... send them some love and reward great people!! Blessings 💖

Doordashed them and half of my order was gone. I paid $50 plus just to receive 3 items only. I almost cried lol

I ordered a family meal yesterday for an online pickup and when I arrived the order was ready, food was fresh and hot, and the service was superb. Also I loved the old school music they were playing that was a plus.

Please stop hiring people with bad attitude! Every time i come inside the cashier doesn’t speak donr smile and don’t even acknowledge you. Today the cashier only said two things, whats your side and hit green button. Just ridiculous how management allows this . No Customer Services!
