I ordered a family meal yesterday for an online pickup and when I arrived the order was ready, food was fresh and hot, and the service was superb. Also I loved the old school music they were playing that was a plus.

Please stop hiring people with bad attitude! Every time i come inside the cashier doesn’t speak donr smile and don’t even acknowledge you. Today the cashier only said two things, whats your side and hit green button. Just ridiculous how management allows this . No Customer Services!

Cashier in drive thru wad very rude and a compulsive liar i heard customers asking for honey she would lie and say it's out.

This is the most ridiculous fast food place I have ever been too.. waited in the drive thru line for over 40 minutes and moved only one space. And because of the curb I was boxed in and could not leave. Had to ask the 4 cars behind me to back up just to let me out.

Price said lower on menu get to window charged double almost plus give receipt not for correct change,rip off management needs to look into seriously, food was horrible tenders never again.Avoid this place

I ordered a 3 wing combo and the cashier said they didn't have any. Then she said wait a minute and came back to say they did without quoting a price. On the board it was $5.99. When I went to the window she said that it would be $8.77.I said it was supposed to be $5.99. She ignored me and said $8.77. I went ahead and paid because I was hungry but she ripped me off.

I ordered the Texas feast and got home to a roll instead of a biscuit. When I called I was informed that they haven't biscuits in 2 weeks because their oven was down. That was not relayed because I wouldn't continue with the purchase. (I love their biscuits). The supervisor was nonchalant about the situation. Customer service must not be a priority anymore.
