The chicken was overcooked & the customer service was terrible. The young lady kept rushing us with our order. When we got to the window to pay her attitude was even worse. Never going back.

I took a friend here for food & he wanted to go through the drive thru. I don't like going here because the front counter people are usually unprofessional and it's not clean. The lady wasn't friendly, she announced, correct cash or credit card only before speaking to us or before he ordered. That alone made me not want any food. He ordered the special for 8.99 and a large mash, she replied 18.99 pull around. We both looked at each other, like how is it 18.99??!! We get to the window and had to wait 5minutes before the lady came to the window. I was approached for money in the drive thru before she came to the window. When she did finally arrive she rudely explained the special is only on Wednesday. They should close this location or pay more to get more customer friendly staff and workers who clean better!!!

This has to be the cleanest church's chicken I've been to. I got my order and sat in my car. The young lady came to my car to make sure I wasn't waiting on anything from my order. I was blown away. I watched her ask others sitting in their cars as well. The Chicken was hot and fresh. It was a Young Lady and Young Man working the front together and they gave the best customer service I had in a long time. Keep up the good work and thanks!!!

Wow I really never order for myself I am always ordering to help others eat but today around 2 I got food for me and my family from this location and mind you I stay on the other side of town.Got home to get food on plates that chicken tasted like washing detergent or something like cleaning.I will never buy a damn thing again from no church's it was horrible I was afraid to give to my family as well as my dog.If you want to give me a reason to cook at home this will be the reason for sure.

I ordered $80 worth of products online and they did not have some of the items. The items were then replaced with items I don't like. Also, the chicken tasted and smelled like it was left out all day in the heat, and spoiled rotten. I will never order anything from this location again.

Got church's asked for a family size okra they gave me a large only. Today my mom goes & the chicken was undercooked. Now she's complaining of upset stomach & etc! Omg ITS CHICKEN and sides. It's not hard to cook. Do they follow the temp guidelines? Osha? Then they had a 16 yro cooking! Do better. This supposed to be the best church's in North Memphis. Ew.
