So on my social media feed there is a Coupon for Monday and Tuesday All u can eat buffet at the Cordova TN location and I go to lunch there at 11am Tuesday 11/13/26 I asked the Spanish Lady how much an all I can eat buffet is,and does it include salad bar? She says yes, it's $13.99 then I say, are you sure it's not $5.99 ? And I show her the $5.99 price on their own website, she rolls her eyes and adjusts the price !! Then I say I want some water and she says the only water they have is the 3.99 bottle water as she tells me the water button on the soda fountain is broken...so as I'm eating my pizza I notice people getting water out of the soda fountain, then I go take my unopened bottle water back to the Spanish manager lady and tell her I just need a cup for some ice water ...she again tells me it's broken , at this point I just roll my eyes....this is ridiculous, you know between the sub par pizza and salad and the ladies dishonesty about a simple cup of water ... it's no wonder I live across the street and the last time I went there was in the 2001 Get some honest employees and some that aren't eating and Drinking behind the make line in front of customers, I feel sorry for everx guest that was in there today

After a long time away from CiCi's due to displeasure with the food not being fresh, the uncleanliness of the establishment, and the overall atmosphere, my husband and I decided to stop by and Im glad that we did. The food was deliciously fresh and flavorful. J'air and staff warmly greeted us as we walked in the atmosphere was great. Clean establishment, I would recommend CiCi' in the Cordova tennessee area to all families. Please go you'll be glad that you did.

Ordered a 12 count of brownies in the store . Waited over 10 minutes after being told it only takes 5 minutes. I go to the counter and she looks like “I forgot” and proceed to speak in Spanish to tell them to hurry and make the order . I eventually just asked for a refund . I waste of time . I don’t even know if they refunded me or not . The money isn’t on my card nor did they tell me how long it will take for it to be back on my card .

This is a good little spot. The cici's here isn't huge but its plenty size for regular days. It gets packed on the weekend! Food is pretty spot on, can't complain. Don't expect crispy pizza when they are packed, can't really blame them when they have to keep pumping pizzas out. If you want their best go on a weekday when its not crazy busy. That's whej they taste best.

I was disappointed because the atmosphere was not what I expected It was very loud, very nasty and the customer service was pretty much non-existent. I went there to eat from the buffet but I probably should have gotten a carryout because all of the Empty tables were filthy. No one seemed to have had that job of cleaning the floor were even disgusting as well.

First off the service is slow on top of that it’s nasty!!! The food is cold, tables are disgusting & a worker that was supposedly cleaning the lobby was digging in her behind while in-front of customers. In the picture the wings were $7 & absolutely disgusting & hard & smelt burnt also had a weird taste.

Took to long bringing out the ONLY PIZZA I LIKE WHICH IS SAUSAGE. I try it because my granddaughter said the pizza was good. And this is why I ONLY EAT PIZZA HUT and I DON’T like trying new places when am HUNGRY

My 6yr old and I enjoyed a nice lunch and played. I wanted him to experience what his older siblings had, and what I had as a child while he was on fall break. We got full and he didn't want to leave lol!

Went for lunch wasn't crowded, a little noisy but understandable (Children) food was fresh, Hospitality was excellent coming in & going out THANK YOU Cicis Pizza 🍕
