Pretty poor experience unfortunately. Long wait time at the counter, buffet was mostly empty, and the whole atmosphere was just crowded and hectic. Food was good when available, but the staff just couldn't keep up.

There's never any pizza at this pizza buffet. The staff are rude and inattentive. When attempting to call in an order, the hold times are consistently 10 minutes plus. This review is based on comparison to other CiCi's locations. I never go to any Cici's with high expectations, but this location in particular continues to lower the bar.

Grind Hard To Play Hard!
There were pieces of pizzas mixed on sheets that were old. When they put new pies out, they were burnt and thrown together. Hard to find a table to sit at because very few were clean, there were dishes and trash stacked on tables and the floor had food and trash on it as well. Go to another CiCi's in town. I ate last week at the location to the northwest of this location and had a very good experience.

I hadn't been to this pizza place in a long time. The large pizzas were not the size they used to be, but they were delicious. I ordered the sausage and Hawaii pizza. The person who took my order was nice. The environment seems safe enough, too. I definitely will be back for pizzas again.
