Waited in line forever just to be met with attitude at the counter. I asked a simple question about an item and got eye rolls instead of answers. When I finally got my order, it was completely wrong — not even close to what I asked for. Tried to get it fixed and was met with more attitude, no apology, no solution. Also, the parking situation was a nightmare. Tight spaces, nowhere to go, and I almost got blocked in. Honestly, the whole visit was stressful from start to finish. Not coming back.

Really cute coffee shop. The coffee was good, the poppy seed loaf was tasty. Pretty chill environment.

Cute AF. The chai is pretty tasty and the lemon poppy seed cake is gluten free and delicious. The seating is, however, horribly uncomfortable. Hard stools with an awkward height and no back is the only option.

I've came here a few times and gotten coffee with a bakery item. I love all their stuff and their staff is always super nice! Love the atmosphere.

They actually weighed my iced tea out on a scale. Paid $4 and asked for no ice, was given a not full cup of tea

Absolutely loved the gift shop! The coffee flavors were interesting to try, but idk if I'd get them again (figgy pudding latte & butterscotch miso latte) environment was nice coffee/hangout space, nice outdoor patio too. I loved the carrot cake slice! Their pastries looked amazing!

Cashier was rude, because I asked her to separate cookies into separate bags. She said it would be a minute though she did not have any customers. I tipped before and and even said thank you, with no verbal response back. She just scoffed.

The cashier was very rude and not very informative. She seemed annoyed. She did not greet or said goodbye eventhough I enthusiastically greeted her and said goodbye. The pink seasonal coffee was too salty to drink. The pastry was supposed to be peach, but it tasted like gingerbread.

Nice coffee shop serving reasonably-sized coffees. No savory food unfortunately, only sweet pastries or packaged goods available. Wait time can be a bit long as they get busy, but the cute attached unique, quality gift shop is great (and dangerous) for pursuing. I always find a few things I've never seen before and can't live without when there.

My friend and I visited here in 2019, and I liked it so much I made sure to hit it up again when passing through Memphis again in early 2025.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in the city! They have great coffee, tasty baked goods, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a super cute shop next door with well curated goods to peruse and explore.

I typically do not get on here and bash places, but it is ridiculous the attitude the young lady had making the coffee this morning. I’ve frequented here several times, but the last few times have been terrible. My wife and I frequent great coffee shops and this was one on our list we frequent. As of today, it will be the last time visiting this one. We order 2 coffee drinks and of course left the undeserving tip ahead of time as we paid. It’s not about the money. It’s about the price we paid for subpar customer service. We asked for mugs as we were dining in. The barista, which was the lady that had the poor attitude. She presented the specialty coffee drinks in paper cups rather than mugs. We asked for two mugs again, so we could pour the coffee in them ourselves. The barista replied, “I don’t have time and we don’t have any clean at the moment” with an I don’t care attitude. There were three people behind the bar and one was just standing there. So, what are we doing here. It’s so sad customer service at many places are failing because of this generations entitlement.

I went in for a quick drink to go for my mother and I. I ordered a seasonal drink- the figgy pudding latte, which has cinnamon in the description. My mother wanted a cappuccino with cinnamon- I was told they don’t have cinnamon, but I was in a rush and didn’t question it because I thought that maybe they make a syrup for the figgy pudding and ran out of cinnamon powder for the day. And then my drink came garnished with cinnamon. Not sure why they wouldn’t add cinnamon to a coffee drink if asked? They didn’t have cinnamon out for guests to use either which seems pretty standard for both corporate and small business coffee shops. Weird! And now I’m reading other reviews and seems like I’m not the only one to experience this weird business approach. Cinnamon doesn’t cost that much to replace, I’ve managed a lot of kitchens. It’s like $27 for 5# of cinnamon lol. In the end, my drink did taste good, and the cashier was friendly in our brief interaction.
