The Lumberjack Latte was delicious! The mocha was a little bit disappointing though— the espresso shot tasted weak. 🤷 They have a fun shop inside with candles, stationery, etc. However, it was a bit loud and chaotic inside.

I ordered a cappuccino and it was extremely sour. When I mentioned it to the staff, they didn’t offer to replace it. Very disappointing experience.

My wife and I were encouraged to get the Sticky Mango Latte, DONT GET IT!! It had a bitter aftertaste and a “fishy” weirder taste to it. We had a small sip and returned it asked for a different Latte. They would not and simply just threw them both out! I had to pay again for a different Latte.
The person checking me out had horrible customer service and even after I told her i would be leaving a negative review, she did not care.
When paying for anything, it’s not just the product but the treatment and overall experience. If you care about the full experience avoid this place!! There are a dozen plus coffee spots to visit, like:

I finished writing my thesis here. The wifi and the drinks are great. Many cute items in the boutique as well although I haven't bought anything there. I enjoyed the lemonade and the vanilla latte has a very unique, fresh flavor. I do not normally like or order vanilla lattes but after my husband got one here I was hooked and get one whenever I am in the area. They are dog friendly and have complimentary dog treats.

I am a huge coffee LOVER so I enjoy finding new coffee shops and I always love coming to city & state to study and enjoy a coffee the atmosphere is amazing it’s so cozy and pretty plus it’s has a shop next to it and also around the area
I also really love how they always have a seasonal menu
Good little coffee shop off of Broadway, great seating area outside in the patio. Went in there Saturday afternoon on 31 May 2025 and it was Poppin, lots of business!

The owner has let this place go down hill. The shop has nothing interesting to offer like it once did. I wouldn’t blame employees for seeming like dont seem like they like working there. But they are very nice. Whatever the owner has done to the place, it’s probably be better if they were more hands off if this is how it’s going to be

I used to love coming here in college but the last two times I have been met with rude baristas. I did not come at them with any rudeness or attitude. First time, man who was handing drinks out and it had my siblings name on it who ordered our drinks, slid the drink back and said, “Wait, be patient,” then slid all of our families drinks out as a group.
Second time, we came in around 30 or so minutes before close and the barista said, “We only have two shots left,” but we still ordered. She rolled her eyes at us and started gossiping and giggling with the other coworker. This specific barista has ALWAYS been rude. They’re a taller, feminine presenting person from what I could tell, with short hair and glasses, if you see them just turn around cause she’s for sure gonna be rude to you.
Their coffee is delicious but it’s not any better than other coffee shops in Memphis that will actually treat you with respect.
