The waitress could only be as good as she could under the circumstances. Coletta’s South Parkway location isn’t what it was. I was definitely shocked at the quality of the food. Coletta’s would NEVER allow their lasagna to sit a customer’s table presented as a bowl of cut lasagna noodles swimming spaghetti sauce no mozzarella or ricotta in sight. However a cup of Parmasan cheese on the table to sprinkle on salad and lasagna ? Cordova’s location however was really good during lunch a couple of weeks ago. We were so pleased with food and service we tipped the amount of our tickets. Cordova location definitely worth the trip. South Parkway needs to get back on track maintenance, food quality and management. I WONT Recommend South-parkway location at all but highly recommend Cordova location
The cooked got my meatball sub wrong, put 2 different kinds of cheese on it and it didn't even come with sauce on it, dry bread, zero taste or any flavor, the sweet tea was good ??.
Parking: The Only thing interesting here was the Elvis room and pictures, the other restaurant location on applying & hwy 64 probably has better tasting food than this original location....

They went above and beyond their catering duties, even helping with cleanup and breakdown for a very intricate event.
