I recently had the pleasure of working with Coletta’s Catering for a wedding on 9/20, and I cannot say enough great things about this amazing team! They went above and beyond their catering duties, even helping with cleanup and breakdown for a very intricate event. The food was absolutely delicious, and I can’t wait to visit their restaurant soon. If you’re looking for exceptional service and mouthwatering dishes, you can’t go wrong with Coletta’s Catering!

Very disappointed, throwing restaurant atmosphere is dark, with a huge amount of fake plants that were very dusty and the food was worse than a frozen dinner from a grocery store. My lasagna was barely above room temperature, and the flavor was like tomato sauce out of a can . The flavor of the Lasagna it's self was very bland. The flat ware looks like it's from an elementary school. It was nothing I was expecting from this restaurant based on the reputation I've heard about for years. We won't be back, and I can only say be aware of a potential for under whelming food. Hopefully, if you go, your experience will be better.

Really, if you're looking for an Italian restaurant, you can't do much better. This is the 2nd location. The original Coletta's is over a hundred years old, and still open!!! Elvis fans need to go to *that one ?
The second time ordering and the chicken in the pastas are SUPER dry. I tried different chicken dishes and they were all dry. (Chicken parm, chicken Alfredo and the chicken cannolie). Please please fix. The sauces are amazing, but the chicken just ruined it for me every time.

My first visit in Bartlett, as I walked in nice, and sit down starting looking up ceiling mold everywhere... I got my food ate one slice full of cheese, I ordered pepper roni pizza ?...the Cole drink was great...but I kept looking at ceiling. They needed new ceiling.. I boxed food paid and tip and left...you need to know about pizza ? full of cheese....

This restaurant is a little prejudice when it comes down to black people the one in German town we went there cause one in South Parkway stay busy but we decided to try this one our second time and this time the service was okay but not like the first time and we were seated in a coner table with no lights to see the any thing and we got nasty stares and everything and the bread came out ten minutes before the pizza and it was very hard till we couldn't eat it tried too but couldn't and the pizza was little warm like it was sitting in the window but everyone that was sitting by us was getting attention they needed Im server too but they need little more training I did see a black server but he was working a private party I guess but our server she was okay and the restaurant was not busy at all for us to sit in a corner table we took our food to go cause we felt so uncomfortable and we tip the server but it was not necessary cause I went back to the table cause I through I left my phone under the napkin and the other table that was celebrate a birthday I guess they asked her how much we tipped cause she had the money in her hand which was 10 dollars for us to sit in a corner and the cashier was on her phone we stood there for 15 minutes before we said hello to her and start telling us that she couldn't give us change we have to get it from the server but we had correct change but we want be back this terrible for me to say on restaurant review

The chips that came with my spinach dip were broken and stale
My husband and I quit going to Coletta’s in Cordova several years ago because the service was so bad. Our server actually went on a break without bringing our check. So we tried again today and as we were being seated the server came up and said he was the only one there and he was setting up for a big party so it would be 15-20 minutes before he could wait on us. Needless to say we left and won’t be back.

Met with 3 ladies to check out Coletta's for our 60th class reunion from Southside. We are going to have it in September!
1st time this has happened. From time to time I stop at the Appling Rd location or make a special trip 40 minutes in to pick up to go orders. Tonight I drove in. My order was simple. Caesar salad & Lasagna. I went to the bar to wait & ordered a Stella. I paid for my beer when it arrived. I finished my beer & was asked if I wanted another. Since my order was not ready I said sure. The female bartender then brought my a bill for a michelobe light. After a brief discussion we worked out the confusion. I just arrived home, 40 minutes from Colletta’s and the $19 lasagna turned out to be &15 ravioli. Check your order & bar tab!

Unfortunately, I ended up encountering the same rude waitress that I had a year prior. Because I changed my order from what I originally ordered, she seemed to be annoyed. Karen (her real name) did not disappoint. I had to get another waiter to get me a to go box, because she was so “busy”. (The restaurant was practically empty). I just decided to take the high road. I won’t be back for a while. ?
